We had 2 rooms for 2 nights. The rooms were nice, clean, and fairly good maintenance. Did notice that one electrical outlet in our room was out of service, and the other one was loose from the wall, but otherwise everything worked. The continental breakfast was nice, not overdone. Staff were curteous and helpful. Nice stay overall.

Beds were hard. Rooms are in dire need of updating. We were assigned a room, opened the door and it wasn't cleaned; an honest mistake, but made my stomach turn, nonetheless. It definately should have been cheaper for the quality of the motel.

I chose this hotel because it had a great rate and we only needed to stay there one night, plus it had an indoor pool that I thought my children would enjoy. The hotel has had some renovations (new carpet) and appears to be working on more, which should make it a much nicer place. Our room was clean and pleasant, and the hotel is in a great area with […] tons of restaurants and shopping areas, just off I-75. The TV was an older tube-type television but it worked just fine. We didn't see any bugs or any signs of "critters" and believe me, I looked for them! We used the indoor pool and it was a nice size and clean, although there were no towels in that area and we had to bring ours from our room. We noticed they had recently covered over a nearby hot tub with cement. We were able to get a rollaway bed and extra pillows/towels from the front desk quickly once we requested them. We did not have the breakfast but it appeared to be standard cereal/pastry type things. I've been in all kinds of hotels from the $200/night places on down, and this was far from the worst one I've been in. Don't stay here if you want a ritzy hotel because that's not what you'll get. But if you need a clean place to stay for a night or two, it's just fine. I would definitely stay here again. Read more

For the price the rooms are bad-non smoking aggravated my asthma; bathrooms are stained, toilet was not working, shower curtain slides to the middle of the rod. Was hoping that the whole thing does not collapse down in a heap. Ceilings are moldy and painted over to cover it up. The AC unit blasts straight on to your face making respiratory problems […] worse. Food provided at breakfast is of low quality, apples stale and damaged. My son and I stayed at this Days Inn. Trying to be objective, I would say the motel was ok, not horribly bad or terrifically great, just ok. We had room 105. The room was clean but both drains in the tub and sink drained very slow. The beds were fine and so was everything else otherwise. The breakfast is also decent (cereal, biscuits/gravy, waffles). […] I would not pick this motel for my wife and I because I try to treat her special when we travel but for my son and I, it was fine. This is probably one of the nicer Days Inns that I have stayed at. It is very affordable accommodation, and the staff are pleasant. It is however located in the north of Knoxville, and is not in the most convenient of locations. It is a reasonable drive from the downtown and airport areas, and not close to Oak Ridge. This is a good place to stay if you are just looking to have a bed to crash on. The rooms were clean and the people were helpful. They use the free breakfast as a selling point, but it is not very good. In fact, I just skipped it after the first day. Again the price is right for a place to crash, just don't eat there.

This room was a joke grafitti sprayed walls poorly painted over not covering the gang grafitti, pillows were horribly stained and dirty, chairs were stained with only who knows what, ashes and cig butts under the microwave, this room was totally the worse cleanliness wise I have ever stayed at. If it wasn't for the fact we got in late the 1st nite and […] didnt turn on lights and the fact that we were there for a family emergency I would've requested a refund and left. and to think they charged me 20.00 a night for my dog..... There is no way my dog could have ever damaged tha disgusting t room anymore than it already was......disgusting I do have photos which I do intend on sharing with the management as well as Wyndam hotels this was unacceptable to there standards I am sure. The room, entrance and hall way were clean. Staff was kind and prompt whenever we requested anything. The only complaint I would have is that the air conditioning unit in room wasn't able to keep our room at the cool temperature we like. Very friendly helpful staff at reception. Received 10% coupon off meal at Applebees. Pool room unheated though so rather cold. All in all good value for price. Would stay here again.
