Our Stay was great! The checkin was early and very friendly! The rooms were very clean! The beds were a little stiff,. but still comfortable.I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bed was as hard as the floor. Heat had 3 settings, hot, hotter and really hotter. Had to turn off heat or the temperature was unbearable. Other wise room was fine.

Laura(at the front desk) was very helpful, kind, and courteous. She allowed us to arrange a late check-out and let us use the conference room to play cards in the evening. She went above and beyond and deserves praise!! We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again on our yearly ski trips!

The hotel advertised that it was a "non smoking hotel". The room we were given had a very strong smell of smoke. There were cigarette burns on the carpet and night stand. I went to the front desk and asked to be moved, I was told in a rude way that they had no other rooms available. We had to sleep with the window open to deal with the smell. Not sure why the cleaning staff missed our room one day, but the hotel room was cleaned the first day and the last day of our staff. The staff was friendly, helpful as far as getting us what we needed and advice for restaurants in the area. When I made the reservation for this hotel, I expected that the room would have a microwave and mini-fridge, but that was not the case when we arrived. The answer I received from the hotel staff was vague. The hotel advertised that we would have HBO, but that was out the first 2 days we stayed. No one at the hotel seemed to be aware of it till we told […] them, and it took time for service to be restored. The continental breakfast was fair, there was a sign on the fridge saying that there was yogurt inside, which was the one item I would have appreciated, but they were out. We were told the truck would be bringing more on Wednesday, which was the last morning we stayed at the hotel. Because the weather was bad on Wednesday, someone finally went to the grocery store a block away to get some yogurt. Perhaps they could have done that on Monday instead. On the plus side, we were looking forward to using the hot tub, and that was working well. Interestingly, there is a sign saying no smoking in the pool area, yet one afternoon 2 members of the hotel staff were sitting in the pool area near the hot tub smoking cigarettes. Read more

The desk clerk, Randy, was new to the facility when we were there. He was the friendliest desk clerk we have encountered at that hotel. the hotel housekeeping was good. Our room was cleaned and new towels were placed in it when we got back to our room that afternoon. The price was good.

Arrival went fine, but when we walked into our room it felt like 100. Thank goodness we left for a bit to help it cool off. Our pillows were fluffy but to hard to sleep on because they were so stuffed. Our mattress was like sleeping on springs. It was springy but very hard. This wasn't a bad place to stay, but the NONsmoking rooms all had a very strong smoke smell. That was our biggest complaint. Our clothes smelled like smoke after we got home and were unpacking. The breakfast was good. The people working were all very nice and helpful.

We highly recommend staying at this Days Inn. The staff were very friendly and efficient, The swimming pool, spa and sauna was very clean and open 24 hours. The free continental breakfast had a lot of variety of healthy foods as well as sweet danish and doughnuts. Pool & spa very good...ammenities and location quite favorable also. Room, particularly carpet not clean. Bed very uncomfortable ( too firm). I'll spend a few extra bucks at another place, next time, if I can get a clean room that I can sleep comfortably in.
