Had to wait 15 mins for the front desk person to show up. Bathroom had hair balls in the corners. Pillows were so fluffy you couldn't sleep on them. Found a hair twisty on the floor by one of the beds.

I needed a place to stay overnight near University of Buffalo in Amherst and this motel is near where I wanted to be and at a lower price than the other hotels in the area. The people working there were friendly and the room was clean. It has a mini-fridge and microwave oven, and the car can be parked right in front so I could load/unload my luggage […] very conveniently. The air conditioner seemed dusty and they had extra trash left over in the ice bucket. Other than that, room was nice. Bed was comfy. Also service was friendly and the area, though looks a little suspicious, is safe.

We stayed on a Sat night, and for several hours was quite noisy. I assume because of the near by campus. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was bare minimum. Decent only for a short stay.

The hotel rooms are comfortable and completely renovated. The hotel is conveniently located to various shopping malls. GREAT for overnight stays, I definitely recommend it. The only suggestion I have is the addition of a hair dryer to the room.

The hotel is clean and newly remodeled and has plenty of parking. The rooms aren't completely free from outside noise, but it's a quiet area. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is drafty air conditioners and windows. One side of the room stayed colder than the other. Not a major issue though.

The attendant kept me waiting for almost ten minutes when checking in. She was in the bathroom. When she came to the desk, she was disheveled. I was not impressed. No instructions were given for check out or for any of the amenities offered.

The only complaint was how loud sounds were above us in the middle of the night that disturbed our sleep two of the three nights we stayed. The room was extremely clean and comfortable.

I was very satisfied with my stay. I came up for a Buffalo Sabres NHL game and stayed here overnight so I wouldn't have to worry about driving downstate when the game was over. The only complaint that I had was that the hotel knew that the TV was out of order and that it needed to be replaced, but it hadn't been when I was staying there.

Our trip to Buffalo area was for a funeral, at the same time hurricane Sandy was taking on New York. We were in the midst of emotion and turmoil. We secured 3 rooms. The hotel staff made our situation important to them.

I stayed in a double-bed room. So disappointed with this hotel. No coffee machine, no hair dryer. I had to go to the lobby, which is at a corner of the other building, to get a cup of tea in a cold, windy night, with wet hairs!! This is not the worst. When we went to bed, we found the sheets obviously not changed. They are not flat, and had stains and […] hairs on them. We called the front desk, but had to wait about half an hour to get the sheets changed because there was only one staff working at night. I am not complaining about that girl. Guess she was working on something else like new customer check-in. What I'm saying is, it is the management problem. I would pay more to at least have clean sheets. Read more

The rooms were clean but the beds could be more comfortable. The amenities need an upgrade. There was one bottle of shampoo and not conditioner. Overall a very nice room for the price. I would stay again even without the conditioner.

This RRI is located in a hotel complex with three other (higher-level) hotels: Marriott, Candlewood Suites, DoubleTree. Nice apartment building and another hotel located directly across street. Seemed like a nice, safe area. Parking lots are joined, and can give a walker/runner a perimeter of nearly a mile. Lots are lit at night for late-arrivals to […] exercise. Also located only a half block away from the entrance to Buffalo University North, so lots more open area for walking/running. Hotel takes pets--lots of grassy areas around parking lots for walking the dog, with doggie bag dispenser near parking lot. Rooms are nice, but basic: double beds instead of queens so they are a bit cozy. Room was clean. Housekeeping lady was very friendly. Front desk ladies were also friendly. Some were local college students. All seemed to be native English speakers. No pool. No elevator to 2nd floor. No breakfast. Coffee in lobby, along with USA Today papers. Located off I-290 Exit 5B. Hard to find first time--Flint Road signs are hard to see--turn as though going to the Marriott and you will see RRI. Maple Avenue is a half-block away and will take you directly over the interstate and into shopping and food areas. It was a nice stay of several nights at a reasonable expense for July 4th week. Room was a nice size for a family of 4 & was in a good location (not far from lots of restaurants & airport/train station). My favorite thing is that they provided us a list, with directions from the hotel, to area restaurants & places such as airport- Very Helpful!!!
