It is conveniently located right off the highway. I felt safe enough and the room was quiet. The other guests were friendly. I was happy to have free wireless. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room but there were cigarette burns in the comforter. In general it didnt feel clean. The sink had hair left on it. The shower handle was plastic and full […] of black mold. The caulk was peeling off the shower. The shower head was coming off the wall and was mounted at 5 ft. Both the towel holder and shower rod were coming loose from the wall and things seemed older and run down and probably hard to clean. Im glad i didnt expect to use the pool. Some of the towels looked dingy. The cups by the coffee maker had been previously opened and the plastic wrapped back around them. There was a large clean refrigerator. The bed was evenly firm and there was a choice of pillows. Compared to the Days Inn in Chapel Hill, NC which is very clean, it was a disappointment. Read more

The tile in the bathroom was a bit old or had dirty grout. The sheets on the bed were also a bit small. the room was super cold, great Air conditioner.

We stayed 3 nights at the Cookeville-days inn recently and were very pleased with the quality of the service and overall cleanliness of the room and hotel in general. We felt that we made an excellent choice and received outstanding value for the money. We will be booking this hotel on a regular basis in the future.

Check in was easy, walked in, said who I was. Clerk verified the reserved room and handed me a room key. Plenty of places to eat no problem there. I reserved a king bed which was comfortable enough but the room felt to be undersized. Overall it was okay.

This was the nicest Day's Inn I have ever stayed at. The clerks were very nice and the room was spotless and comfortable. it is located near a wide selection of restaurants and the interstate, yet we heard no outside noise. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Cookeville, TN.

This older hotel was well cared for and clean. Nothing fancy, but comfortable with easy access to the interstate and a variety of restaurants. Wifi was free and the bed was comfortable. Again, nothing fancy, but good for a night's sleep.

Plus the location was good, right next to the highway and several restaurants. The statement you pay for what you get is so true in this case. For the nightly room rate I can't complain but it wasn't the most pleasant place I have ever stayed. The beds were REALLY hard, no extra pillows and the blow dryer didn't workin room!

The foreign lady at the front desk was very rude. We got there early and she would not let us check in early. She said check out time is not till 3:00 and Said there were no clean sheets cause they were booked the night before. I met my husband there and he finally got to check in early and there were sheets. I ended up finding a bug crawling on our […] comforter on the bed! They never brought us any clean towels throughout the whole weekend. On the last day, we are trying to relax and we get a call at 11 saying that we either have to leave or pay for another night even tho they told us when we checked in that check out time was not until 3:00.
