We almost didn't stay at the hotel due to the condition of the surrounding neighborhood. We were concerned about our safety and security & that of our vehicle. As it turns out, there was police activity overnight involving two separate incidents. Fortunately, we were not involved & our vehicle was fine.

only issue was that a boys bball team was above us and seemed to be "practicing" their skills late into the night. i was young once, but when you have 2yr old twins, that gets annoying. Right off the highway, this hotel is your basic accomodation. Nothing too fancy here, but the room was clean. Breakfast was okay, but on a Sunday it was too crowded. Good price also.

Apparently pillows and blankets get locked up in housekeeping at some time before 9:00 pm and are non-retrievable. This hotel is in need of a long over-due remodel. Our toilet seat was broken, shower head adjustment was nonfunctional, bathroon wallpaper was comimg up, no tissues in room, no yellow pages in room, room lights were very dim and a tube […] tv in this day and age. Due to a recent Blizzard and our home losing power, my family and I had to seek shelter in a warm place...with a shower! It did the trick, for sure. After sponge bathing with soap and water warmed from a wood stove, I didn't care where or what condition the shower was...haha It was no beautiful hotel and I don't think I'd rush back, but my children […] got to swim and stay occupied...afterall, who swims in the winter?! Biggest complaint was that it was very noisy on the floor I was on, though they moved me to a new room that wasn't what I had paid for. No one behind the desk seemed particularly interested in there job. Free breakfast was bountiful and plenty of choices. However the eggs tasted like seafood and were very runny(scrambled).

This hotel is right off I95 and seems to be ideal for truck drivers, so the back lot is filled with trucks leaving early in the morning. Right now there is highway construction at night in front of the hotel, so no matter where you are there is noise at night or in the morning. The free breakfast is modest, but at least there were eggs, not just a 'continental […] breakfast.' There is an attached Irish restaurant and sports-bar, which will appeal to a lot of people. It was hard to find a parking space. Nevertheless, given the cost, and comparing it to the Biltmore in Providence, 5 minutes away, I wish I'd spent the extra $25. The hotel is grubby feeling. We encountered guys in the hall half-dressed and doing their laundry down the hall. They gave us glares, as if to say, "What are you doing here?" My impression was that there are some longer term residents, though I may be wrong. The bed was small and the bed cover stained and wrinkled. OK for a night if nothing else is available. But for budget places, Seekonk is better all around. We couldn't wait to leave. Read more

Unfortunately, our room was right next to a construction site currently being undertaken on the road. While this was not the fault of the hotel, no one thought to mention that construction was going to occur ALL NIGHT. When we first enetered the room is was very stuffy and musty smelling. It smelled like nobody had been in the room in weeks. We turned the AC on and it seemed to take a very long time for the musty smell to dissipate. Visiting relatives in a nearby town, was just looking for a place to hang our hats. Loved the breakfast (though it was a little crowded) and the attached restaurant was made to order for the Malones! Hotel was fine with the exception of the bedding. Two of the pillows cases look like they had mascara smeared on them. I should have called for a complete bedding change but didn't. Floor was wet next to the air conditioner system. TV was old but acceptable. I had to unplug the lamp to plug in my iPhone jack.

Firstly this hotel was hard to find and difficult to get to because of the huge amount of construction going on in the town of Pawtucket. Also, the sink/tub did not drain, the toilet did not flush, and there was hair on the bathroom floor - yuk! Next time we will spend the extra money and stay in Providence.
