Hotel was in the process of changing to a chain hotel so it was a little noisey and hectic at times. Nothing fancy but clean and comforable bed. Staff was excellent. Front desk clerks were very friendly and very accomodating. Was very reasonable but will probably increase rates with new chain. Overall nice place to stay. Would stay there again.

My windshield got chipped from the lawn service that was there and I'm not to happy about that.. If there is way I can get this fixed that would be awesome cause I just bought the vehicle a month ago. Now my windshield has chips out of it. Other than that, hotel was great service was great so please let me know I'd anything can be done

Was happy with most things. Was there during the largest gun show.... So breakfast was a bit tough to get and when you shower at the same time as most of the hotel ....hot water is more like luke warm. However the wife showered at off times and was very happy. I will book with them again.

terrible, did not get the room we booked, the A/C did not work, there was no TV in the room, was told there was a full buffet breakfast but there was only waffles and oatmeal

We needed 2 rooms for one night and got the 2 double bed standard rooms on the 1st floor, Each room had a old box TV but the rooms were really good for the price paid and in a good area. First room was fine, lights in bathrooms were a little low and water in shower got cold at one point but other than that the room was nice. Second room was missing […] the mirror in the bathroom and the alarm clock did not work and we let the fron desk know when we checked out and they made a note and said they had no idea. We ended up needing another room for one more night and got a room with a king size bed on the 4th floor, this room was nicer than the double bed rooms. It seems that they may be slowly updating each room one floor at a time and it had a flat screen TV. If possible i suggest you get the rooms with the king size beds. Read more

Was issued 3 separate sets of room keys, of which none ever worked. After 30 minutes of up & down elevator from front desk to room, was finally assigned a different room after I requested a new room. I used hotels.com app to book my extended stay at Tulsa Square. I liked the convenience of the interface and was able to browse dozens of hotels before making a decision. Information provided by the hotel on Hotels.com turned out to be false. Reasons I chose Tulsa Square over competitors at the same price is the claim of Temperpedic beds and hot breakfast […] buffet. I have a Temperpedic bed at home so this was a big selling point. Not only was the bed not temperpedic but first time I sat on the bed a broken spring poked me through the sheets. Breakfast is a few muffins, old serial and a do it yourself waffle maker. Not as advertised imo. Photo on hotels.com for this hotel shows a flat panel tv in the room. Competitor pictures only show tube tv and for me a newer tv that I can connect to my work laptop is important. Again, not as advertised. Two staff members on two different shifts I spoke to were very friendly but hardly knowledgball. I was told by both employees "sorry I'm only part time and dont know about the beds in other rooms or the tv's". Read more

Nice, clean room, recently updated, price was right. No maid service on Sunday, complimentary hot breakfast had no meat or eggs, only waffle machine and toaster for breads. Front desk personnel seemed somewhat clueless and once no one was at desk for over 15 minutes. Wi-fi service is insecure (search for "firesheep") so make sure you have a VPN.

Mixed feelings about this stay. The room shown on the hotels.com site pictures was the king business suite advertised as a standard suite. Room was tiny. Edgar upgraded me to the bigger room for free*. Instead if charging my card for the deposit he charged the full price of the room again, there went my money to spend on the things I wanted to buy/do. […] It took a week to get the money back. Since when does the hotel staff get to take off for New years day. We came back to our room not knowing they were not going to be working to find everything a mess and no linens. You would think that the small occupancy rate would have been easily enough cared for or even notified that maid service would not be available then. The hotel was fine. The customer service.......not so much! The lady that checked us in was awesome, but everyone after her sucked!! They never did what they said. Our room was not cleaned half of the time. No clean towels. Our tv stopped working and it took 4 calls to get them to look at it.

But the water pressure was low in the room, the elevator broke on Friday night and still wasn't fixed on Sunday when we checked out and the breakfast was nothing special though they did have waffles which we enjoyed.
