Hotel was excellent! Great decor, very clean, not your typical ordinary chain hotel. This hotel had an ambiance of trendy meets euro! Rooms were a very nice size, with large bathroom. The Sara B bar had a pleasant relaxed vibe to it, the breakfast buffet (purchase with your room worth every dollar), was very extensive, with hot and cold breakfast items, […] danish, breads, fruits and cold meats and cheeses, great value. The location was close to everthing - we walked to China town, St. Denis, St. Catherines and Crescent Sreet all in one day, as well as the Old Montreal and Old Port the second day which is only steps away. I would stay there again and again. Self Parking a hotel for $22.95 per day great value for the city!! This was a perfec trip all around despie the hail, sleet, snow and wind in April! We made the best of it and the wonderful ambiance of the hotel helped!! Check out Barrocco restaurant down the street on St. Paul for an amazing dinner, you need reservations!! Breakfast is not included with an Expedia booking. It's one of the reasons it's cheaper: you get less. The hotel charges $25 including tax for a mediocre buffet. Take your business elsewhere. The Westin is right next door and charges several dollars less for a much better buffet breakfast, or other choices are handy, including in the underground.

Concierge service very good. The TV operation which most everyone watches needs to be made simple. I don't have to go thru 3 or 4 iterations to just watch TV. I've never seen a system like this. Very comforfable rooms, profession staff willing to go the extra mile for your comfort. As in other big cities, parking is difficult. The hotel offered valet parking which was pricey but great. The hotel is located near the downtown section which was our primary interest. We were very pleased overall.

Requested face wash cloths/towels because we were only given one, we requested more, two times and they said they would deliver to the room, but were never received. One towel in the room! The bed was not comfortable and left us with back pains in the morning, four mornings in a row. When asked if they could post/mail a letter, they said they could not. Loved this place. Great service. Well decorated and very clean room. It's located right down town Montreal - very close to Old Montreal. Only issue was the speaker for the tv was in the bathroom - I couldn't find a way to shut it off and turn on the speaker on the tv. Otherwise it was a perfect place to stay!

THE FRONT DESK STAFF A T TIMES WERE GROUCHY AND SOMEWHAT IMPATIENT. i do UNDERSTAND THAT THEY SERVICE MANY GUESTS BUT WE ALSO PAID ALOT TO STAY IN YOUR HOTEL.THE CONCIERGE ERIKA OR SANDY WHO CAME ON DUTY ON SUN. WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE SHOWER IN ROOM 1806 WAS CONSTANTLY BACKED UP. UGH.

We took advantage of the hotel's offer to become a "member" of their in-house club for one day @ $60. Great location and very good rooms. The only negatives were: expensive wi-fi that was not reliable and when we went to the bar and restaurant there was no one to be found. They did say there was trouble with the WI-fi but didn't offer to refund any money at checkout and when the bartender and waite staff did come out the were friendly.

I had to stay to this hotel cause it was the only one available for that night as there was major event in Montrial. the interior is very clean and in good condition but the colors are just SO DULL inside the rooms. for the same price there are many better hotels. the service wasn't very satisfying especially when I asked the bell man to get my luggage […] I waited in my room for 40 mins and no one showed, and when I went downstairs and asked them again to bring the luggage it took another 40mins! that was just unacceptable.
