our room was filthy. we stayed in the suit with the whirlpool spa and the tub was nasty and had dirty water in it from the people before us. we found public hair on the toilet the blanket was dirty and the floors had not been vacuumed. they also advertise they are close to LAX but the dont tell you its the wrong side of it. we drove 20 min to get to […] the airport parking garage. they also dont serve breakfast until 630am on a week day! no chance of eating if you have an early flight. just pay the extra $40 to stay in a better hotel. its really not worth it. Great location to meet family from other cities, however, there was a sign on the Jacuzzi that said that the pool was closed. Towels were late to be delivered to the rooms that we checked into. The hotel on busy Sepulveda Bl. is handy for going to the pier (we rode bikes) and getting to other spots in the South Bay. It's about 30-40 minutes from Disneyland depending on traffic. When we first checked in the employee wasnt the friendliest but not bad. Our clock radio didn't work but they replaced it very quickly. I am a 25 year old guy, who stayed here along with my 22 year old brother. I was honestly pleasantly surprised at the condition o this hotel. The exterior was super clean, not run-down at all, and even beautiful, classic California -style architecture. The room it self was the typical hotel room type. Your bed, table, nightstand, tv (flat screen) etc... […] Nothing special but nothing disappointing neither. There is an outdoor pool and jacuzzi that I didn't get to use because their closed at 9:30 pm, looked nice though! Location is very convenient, next to plenty restaurants, fast food, gas stations, Target, most within walking distance or really short drive, etc; the Cheascake Factory! The beach is also a 3 min drive away, and it is beautiful! Park your car at the designated beach parking lots and enjoy a walk along the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. Room was clean. Towels were not soft. Located close to Target, El Polo Loco, Back Home In Lahaina restaurant (within walking distance). The only complaint I have is, there was a cigarette burn on the comforter. House cleaning should inspect their beddings carefully. Great for the price.

It's a fun location right on the pier in Reondo, with a quick bike rental (on site) you can be on the strand and biking toward the beach in no time. The rooms are big and most have some kind of view of the water. Great pool and hot tub area if you want a day of lounging by the pool and really great tennis courts for guest use too. This particular room is secluded and separate from the rest which is ideal for privacy. The look of the rooms is very outdated but the room was clean and tidy. There was a hole in the linens from an apparent cigarette which is odd considering the Spa Room is a non-smoking room. Pleasantly surprised for the rate.

Location and price were very good. Rooms need updating, though acceptable and in line with the rate we paid. The breakfast is very minimal. I would probably try a different hotels along that street with the same rate to see which one is the best value.

we reserved a king room, but at check-in, we were told we would be given two queens due to over-booking. i am unsure how this occurred? the room is very basic. i feel for this price, this is the best inn in the area we found.

The only complaint is that the plumbing was a bit loud and roll out bed was uncomfortable. The pool, spa and sauna were fun. Nice folks, great underground parking, plenty of places around to eat. My kids want to go back :)
