      Close to all all the shopping and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean. Would definitely go back.

      Liked the hotel, first room, the bathroom too small for comfort. They did change our room without a problem, for a room that was slightly bigger with a larger bathroom. We were very satisfied. I would consider this hotel again. It is so close to trams and the main station. Also department store across the street. Very quiet for a downtown hotel.

    The hotel is beautifully situated on the river in the old town and is a short walk from the Bahnofstrasse. We arrived early in the morning after a long... haul flight and the staff helpfully had our room ready within an hour. We had breakfast in the hotel and it was very good. Zurich is a beautiful city and I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience it and have easy access to all the main attractions. by a Hotels.com guest on 01/16/12
