"Just Right"
I have stayed in this facility several times and the desk and staff are so willing to be of service that they are a credit to your organization. The bathrooms are always in need of small repairs that are inconsequential but noticeable and are the only thing lacking in the room.

"How suite it is to rent a room by you."
I had to stay due to a plumbing leak in my housed. The inn was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful.

"Cozy stay"
Best hotel breakfast I have ever seen. They had eggs and turkey sausage in addition to pastries and muffins. They even had a waffle maker. Room was also clean and comfortable.

"Friendly staff! Loud train!"
I don't know why I was put in handicap room! There were cob webs in the corners of room! I didn't like the fact that the train tracks were right behind the side of building where we stayed! The sound of train roaring was loud!

It's been a while since I've stayed at a Hampton and I was pleasantly surprised. I've never had a complaint about cleanliness, but it was more comfortable, in better condition, and with unexpected amenities like the lap desk and welcome bag.

"Good hotel- poor customer service"
Hampton Inn's are always clean and I enjoy staying there. The staff at this location was not friendly at all. Walked to the lobby before 6am and was greeted with...WE DON'T OPEN TILL 6!!! No hello, no good morning, very POOR customer service. I told the 2 unfriendly staff I am here for coffee as you have coffee 24/7.

"Good Stay; clean and nice staff."
My only negative was the bed comfort. The mattress was springy - like in springs poking under the top cover. The staff was great. The room was clean. The shower stall rather than a tup was much appreciated. Overall good stay, would have liked a more comfortable bed.

"Exceeded my expectations!"
Quick overnight work trip. This hotel was fantastic! The rooms were updated and clean - the best hotel I've stayed at in this area for the price. In fact, on this particular sojourn I've been on, I've paid more money for less comfortable and accommodating hotels. Staff was warm and friendly, too. I would definitely stay at this or other Hampton Inns again.

"Clean & Comfy"
In town for the SGK 3Day in Philly. This was a host hotel for the event. The room was great. Bed was comfy. Shower was perfect. Wish all hotels were like this. Plus they had waffles for breakfast!

"Lovely time at the Willow Grove, Hampton Inn"
We enjoyed our stay at the Willow Grove, Hampton Inn. The room was very nice, clean and spacious with a nice view. The room refrigerator was in good condition and was very useful to have and it was in a nice location as was the large screen TV. The staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of selections, and we look forward to returning in the near future. It was a very pleasant weekend away for us.

"A Solid Go-To"
Needed a place to stay on my way to New York and Hampton Inns are always a solid go-to hotel. Of the chains that offer complimentary breakfasts Hampton Inns are the best. Always a comfortable stay. Bonus for this hotel is Ooka, a great sushi restaurant just up the street.

The hotel was clean. The thing I didn't like was that the bed was tilted from one side to the other which made sleeping difficult. Also, the shower tiles were VERY slippery when wet.

"Excellent!. We Loved Everything"
Me, my husband and son enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn. The staff was friendly and the room and rest room was clean! They even give you a complimentary pack when you arrive that consists of a snack and a bottle of water. (This was a nice touch) Coffee, tea and a snack was placed out in the late afternoon and the breakfast was good (loved the waffles) Breakfast time:6 am. to 10 am. The lounge eating area was great and it was attractive and comfortable. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

I really enjoyed the stay but, the morning of checkout housekeeping was rushing to get people out. I am going to assume it was the Housekeeping Manager. He was also VERY LOUD. VERY LOUD.

"No complaints."
The front desk people were very nice, especially late at night. Rachel and Maggie made us feel right at home. The only downside to this hotel is there is not much in the area aside from an Air Guard museum 4 miles up the road. Make your own Belgian waffles is kinda cool...but the line gets long if you don't get there early enough.

"A Home Away From Home"
Arrived at Willow Grove as part of a road trip to visit family & friends in GA, MI & a family reunion in Jenkintown, PA. Had an absolutely wonderful time over 12 days, and the Willow Grove Hampton Inn was perfectly situated (right off the PA Turnpike) for the places I was going. Most comfortable with attentive staff and welcome amenities, such as the free Wi-Fi, breakfast, etc.

"I hate Bait and Switch Ripoffs"
I paid for a Deluxe King Room over a week in advance. I arrived at 4 and was told,"All I have is a queen." I told her that is not what I paid for. She said, "It's 4, you weren't here at 3, so your room was given to someone else." Cancelled if you don't walk in at 3? I called Hotels.com.to cancel the room,it's not what I ordered. I asked them to find me another one in the area. They said if I left I would have to pay for the first day. I had to pay for the first day if I canceled even though they were the ones that stole MY money by not giving me what I paid for? Hotels.com offered me some of the difference back between the room I paid for vs the room I got. They would not put the cash back,would only refund me in Hotels.com credit but not for 3 days so I don't know if I will get it or not. They also put me on the first floor right next to the lobby where I had to listen to talking, singing, and banging until 11:30 and again at 6 breakfast. The room looked clean but felt dirty, highly used and the air wasn't fresh. It could be a nice hotel, they have pretty rooms, people must like it because it is sold out every weekend, so they don't care how they treat people. If this is business operations of Hampton and Hotels.com they just lost a few dollars of my future business and I, at least got screwed at their hotel.

My finance has been staying at the Hampton in for over 15 years. She stated that hotel has gone down hill: the hall walls were hot, toilet did not flush properly, and the hot food for breakfast was just not good.

"Limited parking"
Hotel was neat and clean, the breakfast was good. Arrived after midnight, there were no parking spaces available had to park in fire lane, other than that it was a nice stay.

"Big and comfortable room"
I spent my honey moon in the Hampton and since we got there the staff was really amicable and the room was so clean and big. Definitely a great service

"Business trip"
Stayed 2 nights on business; room was spacious, adequate and clean. Thought I'd have a peaceful night's sleep but hidden behind the hotel are train tracks with trains running through around 8:30 p.m., 11:30 p.m. and 5 a.m. and on top of that the air conditioning compressor was loud when it would start up. Room door was warped so you had to struggle to open and close it. Was happy it was only for 2 nights.

"Not as promised!"
We always stay here. This time they assigned the room for us and told us it was a king size bed. It was not! My husband is 6'6" and he was not comfortable at all. They didn't even tell us that is was a queen! The room was expensive. Next time we will stay down the road for half the price!
