The room was fine, not super clean in the bathroom but my issue was with the noise level. I could hear the TV in the next room, the wake up call and what the person said about the wake up call, everything going on in the hallway, etc. It was like there was no sound insulation at all. Bistro left a lot to be desired. Overpriced for so so food! Tried to get coffee at noon and couldn't. Room Was good. Probably would stay there again. But would go elswhere for coffee and food.

Overall the hotel was good, even a little above average. In an area where a lot of the choices are "old school" rooms, this hotel was very modern and had everything we needed nearby. The only issue we had was that they have no Roll Away Beds, which I thought was strange. Therefore no rooms that hold more than 2 people. Great hotel, marvelous stay, but even though there was a shuttle to the Metro, it is always more convenient to be walking distance. Loved the onsite cafe - great coffee, and I REALLY appreciated the tasty and low-priced children's menu. I would definitely stay there again.

This place was great! It was clean, quiet, and so centrally located for families that wish to come to DC to tour. Though parking is $22 per day, it is under ground so your car is save.

The hotel itself is very nice. The room was big and clean. Bedding was very comfortable. However, I had requested a microwave for our room as my son has food allergies and we need to carry special food for him. But at the time of check-in they were sold out and coudn't comply with our request even though i had made a call earlier and they had assured […] me that they have plenty of those and i would be able to get one at the time of check-in. The issue was that my reservation details had not been sent to the hotel even 24 hours after i had made it. The other thing was the parking fee of 22 USD per night. It is mentioned in the hotel details on the website but not very obvious and i guess its a lesson for me to make sure i read every word with extra care. The hotel itself is in a good location but you need to navigate the maze of Crystal City's one-way streets to get there. Bring the GPS. The hotel was well kept and well-appointed. There is a garage for self-servise parking (so you do not have to call someone each time you want your car) accessed by a separate elevator from the lobby. The property is […] a short drive to Arlington and Pentagon City Mall to the north and a shopping center to the south. There is a restaurant in the lobby as well as three work stations with a printer. Being a hotel, there is no free bkfst. Unfortunately, this is Crystal City and the parking fee is a bit steep. Beware also that I was given the piece of paper for parking, I read the printed material that was on it before I signed it, and then found out later that the fee was below the printed material in the same area of the paper that you fill in with your car's information - and the fee was not verbally communicated to me. The hotel staff was rude, the parking was a separate fee, the swimming pool was monopolized by children and other guests that were not swimming but were using laptops because of the signal on that floor. Some people that were not staying there were using the pool, and there was no jacuzzi but they say there is one. The staff and the hotel were great. No complaints at all! I do wish it was closer to a metro stop... Or should I say... I wish it's close-ness to the stop would have been more correctly advertised. They do run a shuttle to the stop, but it's awkward at best to arrange for it and use it. Perhaps I could have been a better planner, but it just doesn't […] seem to run often enough or at the right times or something. That and proximity to outside food places is my only problem with this location. If you've got a car, this is a perfect Courtyard with all that you might expect from such a quality institution. I must have spended at least 3 hours trying to decide the best hotel for my first visit to DC. I bother to read some of the reviews, and i am glad i did it because they led me to choose the right place. This hotel is very good, the sorroundings are good and it has a few places to eat just a few blocks down. I had a bit of a problem finding the hotel […] for same reason that some other reviwers mentioned. There are a few Marriotts around the neighborhood and in top of that my GPS could not find it. I will advise anyone thinking to book this hotel to get the brakefast for the extra ten dollars, is very good and for that price you will not be able to get a decent brakefast anywhere alse. Also, for those of you who are visiting DC for first time, the metro station is about a mile from the hotel and the free shuttle will drop you in the station. However, it takes more time to get to DC by metro than driving . Leteraly it will take you about ten minutes by car and a least 25 minutes by train. Read more

Great location, shuttle takes you to the Metro every 20 minutes. Shuttle also takes you to the Airport. Very Close to the Pentagon memorial and other sights near D.C. Not happy about the first night the sheets were dirty, housekeeping replaced them, an easy oversight or either the sheets didn't get changed!!! I should have complained and made a big […] stink!!! Room service was okay, they didn't bring condiments the first time, but kindly went back to get them and brought back a different receipt for higher cost. It is located just 15 minutes from any sight seeing you may wish to do & the service at the hotel is superb. This Hotel is very clean, comfortable, quiet and the staff is friendly. The Hotel is coveniently located next to Reagan National Airport making the ride to and from the Hotel very quick. Also there are several restaurants near by this is also a plus. A shuttle to the metro station is also provided a big plus cosidering that with access to the metro […] you can go almost anywhere in the area. The only downside is the metro shuttle stops operating at 1100 pm, so you will need a taxi from the metro back to the hotel. Renting a car can also get pricey as I believe they have a parking fee, don't remember the exact amount. Overall this is a good place to stay, I was provided with all the services I needed and did not have any incoveniences during my stay here, they even check me in into my room earlier than planned and held my luggage after checkout for several hours while I went out for a meal. Reviews I read were all accurate. Very clean. Very quiet. GREAT shuttle service. Would definitely stay again for business and/or bring my family here. Only issue is that it's a bit remote for dinner or evening entertainment (movie, shopping).

My girlfriend and I took a mini vaca to DC to see all the things it has to offer. When we first got there I pulled up thinking someone would assist me with parking or bags. We got nothing so we pulled away and started to look for parking there are to under ground garages right next to the hotel one is for te courtyard and the other public. Both need […] "tokens" to enter so I back up and out of the courtyard garage and drove back to the main entrance there was a guest sitting out side that asked if we were looking for parking I said yes, he said u must check in first then go out and park your car it's all on the room key. So we check in, they have a $50.00 damage deposit that is places on the card until check out ( first time ever having that happen) other then parking and the deposit everything was nice I suggest getting the breakfast package if possible there's not many food places around te hotel that offer breakfast the hotel has a mini resturaunt the food was great just very expensive if I had to pay for it myself. Hotel is close to DC mall took maybe 10 minutes to get there and 15 bucks for a cab both ways wasn't to bad. Parking in tha hotel garage is $22 a night but is parking for hotel guests only.
