Hotel was convenient - clean - and basic. It had small kitchen, which we did not need but would have been great for a longer stay. Full sized coffee pot, in room icemaker in the fridge - very convenient. The price was well below what I expected to pay for that locaton. Overall very pleased and would stay there again.

My only issue at all was that our room was never cleaned on the 2nd day we were there- not really a huge deal but it would have been nice to get into a made up bed. Everything else was great!

Employee who prepared the hospitality buffet went above and beyond the norm in todays times. I didn't get her name much to my regret, but she had a sweet disposition about her and showed every kindness to me and my friend. We stayed Friday night and left Saturday. This hotel really exceeded our expectations. The rooms layout was weakness and decor beautiful. This hotel is walking distance from the Addison dining and nightlife. The staff was friendly and the amenities and breakfast buffett was awesome. I'm am definitely visiting again.

Bed was amazing! Love that they clean the duvet, along with the sheets, after each visitor. Furnishings felt like 5-star hotel. Only complaint was I couldn't get the treadmill to work!

I have to give the Residence Inn an awesome review. We called ahead of time to reserve a crib for our son, and when we arrived it was set up with fresh sheets! This may not seem like a lot, but we have attempted to do this at a couple of other hotels and housekeeping or management forget. When you're dealing with a small child time is always of the […] essence. Aside from that, the room was very clean and the amenities were fantastic. We met some of our friends for breakfast in the lobby each morning, and there was always an attendant there to ensure proper service. During the evening they had someone monitor the parking lots, and if you left valuables in plain view they would leave you a note on your vehicle letting you know.
