We went because we wanted to take my daughter to the indoor pool. Pool is nice and life guards are like swarming ants pacing back and forth which is awkward. Too expensive for the size of room and amenities. We were given the incorrect operating times for the water park so we were never able to go. That was our whole reason for staying at this hotel. The hotel construction was bothersome. When our rooms were cleaned both days they were not replaced with towels or shower mats. Hotel pool was nice maybe installing a heater for the cooler days. Front staff was friendly but hotel cleaning staff was not when they would see guests in the hallways they would just stare and not say hello.

the primary reason we went is to go to the water park and maybe enjoy the night and stay at the hotel. Only problem is the waterpark was closed and there was not restaurant or bar to speak of. So instead we needed up going out and this little day trip ended up costing more than was really necessary.

The water park fee is not included. It is 25$ per person even for kids. Outrageous, and the waterpark is not worth that much..seriously. hotels .com and even the hotels web page do not tell you that the fee is not included. Customer service was horrible they would not allow any early check ins and rooms where not stocked with any towels.

This hotel is in desperate need of an update. The wall paper is peeling. Our bathroom area had 4 of 10 light bulbs working. 6 were burnt out. That shows in itself how little they care. The tub surround was cracked, and while showering you could see stuff from the wall washing into the tub. There was a large gap under the door, so the noise from the […] hall was excessive. There wasn't even a "Do Not Disturb" placard in the room. I found nails in the parking lot, so we were worried the entire time about getting a flat tire. The beds are comfortable. That was the one nice thing about the hotel. If the rooms were half the price, it would be more acceptable in its state. For the price, you can get any other hotel that is actually nice. There is a Hampton Inn right across the parking lot, and we were wishing that we had booked there. We were only there for one night, so we did not have a chance to check out the water park. The People who work there were wonderful how ever the room was gross i had to go next door to walgreens and get lysol wipe to clean the bathroom before using it. Checking in New Year's day was awful. I wasn't able to get to my room until after 11PM, and I checked in around 8:30, due to the volume they had the night before. BUT I WILL TELL YOU THIS, after that fiasco was over, Danielle at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was excellent. My mom died during my stay there, and she got […] the crew together and gave me flowers and a sympathy card. She made a point everyday to say hi with a smile, and ask how I was. There was remodeling in the building, but I was not personally affected by it. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, the personable nature of Danielle and the rest of the staff made it more than worth the headache of that first hurdle. It would be good to note that the waterpark cost extra. Was pleased with the room overall, though I didn't care for the sliding patio door that went directly out to parking lot. Good location, with easy access to interstate and many attractions.

The hotel and the staff service was great. Our only complaint was the noise out in the pool/lobby area late at night. Our room had a sliding door to the pool area and there was constant noise and screaming until 1am both nights we stayed. I don't think anyone monitored the pool area like they should.

Stayed halloween weekend and there were lots of partying so understandably noisy at night but our next night was restful. Nice to have the waterpark especially for our five year old however price for entrance was steep. Great service from the desk and overall staff were nice, courteous and helpful. After I checked-in my son and I went to checkout the water park, I was confronted by a man who said he sold the tickets to the water park. We were stuck in building 2 - which is a LONG way from the lobby and pools. Wifi did not work in our rooms unless you stood near the door. Did not work at all in our second room. We thought passes to the water park were included with our purchase, but were surprised that they were $30 / person extra. Overall, very expensive for the experience.

Not a family friendly hotel. We were not notified that there is club inside the hotel by the rooms. Loud music and drunk people running up and down the hallway two nights in a row. Hotel practiced on my credit card that should not have been ran at all. Ended up charging 3 charges. Called 3 members of mgmt to try and resolve after not cleared up 3 days after check out. No one called back. Called corporate who got one of those people on phone. He acted as though he would get right on it. Provided him phone number for bank to call […] and fix. The action needed to fix would take one minute of his time. Nothing was ever done. Hotel was under construction and obviously well under occupied. Staff was always sitting around during stay. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation but since they haven't lowered their rates, the hotel should still offer quality - it didn't! The rooms, especially in the front building - were shabby. The carpets all over the hotel were dirty! We saw the same scraps of paper on the stairs for 3 days. Each time we tried to use our key cards on the hotel […] door (in the rear building or at our door, the magnetic strip didn't work and we either had to go the front desk - a real "trek" from the rear building or get someone to come to our room after the chambermaid let us in. This was true for ALL 5 families in our group. The desk clerk asked us if we had the key card near a cell phone - well - duh - I keep my cell phone in my bag where I also kept my key card. She also mentioned this the THIRD time I had to get the card redone, not the first. This hotel in not worth it! My air conditioner was so noisy that it kept is up all night. Each time the compressor went on it shook the room - when it went off, it had a loud shuddering noise that continued - no exaggeration - for 3 minutes.
