Everything about this hotel was great other than the breakfast server in the dinning area and a smell throughout the hotel that reminded one of BO. When checking in, I thought it was the desk clerk, but the smell wasnumbers here. Should be and easy fix. Fresh new property. Nice rooms. Bedding could be a bit better quality.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I was impressed the first time and as well this time. This is the only hotel I will choose when traveling to Indianapolis. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was very clean. The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet area. Love It!

The La Quinta Inn Indianapolis Airport / Lynhurst is a clean, comfortable hotel. We consider it a great value for the price. Although this hotel is located in an airport area there is relatively little noise from within the hotel room. The only thing that sticks out as an inconvenience is that this 2 story hotel has no elevators. We arrived early and while they were pretty good about accommodating us we did have to accept a 2nd floor room.
Location.
This Indianapolis hotel is conveniently situated near the airport. Regional points of interest include Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Conseco Fieldhouse.

Hotel was ok for what I needed it for. I was in town for a basketball tourney. We were only in there long enough to sleep. It was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

We showed up two hours after check-in time and the room still was not ready. The computer was unavailable because of a virus. Our room was smoke free but smelled like smoke. Other guests came back drunk and tried to open our door.

I grew up on Indy's eastside so each time I go home to visit my folks I stay at this hotel. The neighborhood isn't anything to write home about anymore and the hotel doesn't look like much on the outside, but don't be fooled! Great service. Clean, comfortable rooms. Good & varied breakfast options.

Personally, I was suprised at the overall satisfaction I had, but I shouldn't be, as it was at a Best Western. My main gripes were 1. There was a large tear in the dust ruffle of my bed. Not a big issue, but housekeeping should have fixed this. 2. Maintenance should be keeping the air filters cleaner now that they are in peak heating season. "Overnight stay en route to VA"
The hotel and staff were terrific. The room was modern and clean. Ammenities were very good. I was also traveling with my little dog and they made him feel right at home. "Great value.. good hotel, great price"
Everything about it pleasantly surprised us. I was there to run the Monumental Marathon. I let them know that when I called the hotel directly and they put us in the closest room to the front door. It was a short limp back to the room after the marathon. Clean, comfortable. WiFi was spotty the 3rd day, but was pleasantly surprised by its speed when […] it worked. Would recommend it. it was a speedy 15 min drive down one street to get downtown to the marathon. Only negative, after making reservation on hotels.com I called hotel directly to ask about wifi.. the phone rang over 40 seconds without being picked up without answering. "nice pet-friendly hotel in Indy Eastside"
The neighborhood is fine although a bit run down. Hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but the room was great! very clean. hot breakfast with options. affordable & no problems staying with our australian shepherd.
The hotel was fine, once we got there--clean and comfortable. The problem was finding access to it. We could see it from the freeway, but once we exited, we had a hard time (at night) figuring out how to access it. The access road at first looked like it was into a trailer park. "Easy drive to downtown Indy"
We stayed at this hotel durinng a gaming convention. The hotel is older, but the rooms have been redone. Our room was clean with new beds and decorations. The staff was very helpful. They let us use one of the conference rooms for gaming at night which was great for teenagers. The pool is nice. Breakfast was hot waffles, coffee, juices, muffins, danishes […] and oatmeal. Wifi worked perfectly. Bob Evans was an easy walk across a parking lot. Hotel is easy off and on the highway and about 6miles from downtown. It is possible to take the local street to downtown, but that takes you through some rundown neighborhoods. Overall this hotel was a great value and an easy location for accessing downtown. Read more
This hotel was much better experience than what was listed in the reviews read on line. The staff was courteous and helpful and the room was very clean. The overall appearance of the hotel was very good and clean. Didn't take advantage of the breakfast; but it was well attended.
hotel is located between 2 closed businesses. Beds were so hard & uncomfortable-- didn't get any sleep. Felt secure in location because a key is required to enter the doors. Breakfast was good & well stocked. Pool had a broken & loose rail to enter at the shallow end. There was a broken pool side lounge chairs. This hotel staff went beyond our expectations. We went during a convention and had our son with us. They didn't have any play pens left so they got ahold of another hotel and borrowed one for us. The hotel night desk clerk filled up the coffee machine for me at 1 am in the morning. I was very grateful. "Ok for an overnight stop"
This hotel is convenient for us in our travels to see family. It makes a good spot to stop overnight and they accept pets and we travel with a small dog. The hotel had a couple of spots walking down the halls that did not smell as clean as we would like, however once we got to our room it was fine. The lobby area was fine as was the breakfast area.

About 15 to 20 minute drive to downtown. A basic 2.8 star Hotel. Along with $8 all day honor parking downtown saved a 2/3 off downtown hotels.

The hotel was easy to find and the manager was very pleasant. Room was very clean. Some light smoke smells near Non-smoking rooms from close proximity to Smoking rooms. "BW Crossroads-poor quality all the way around"
We stayed @ the BW Crossroads for easy access to Indianapolis sites. The location was on the edge of what I can only call the hood. The pool was right next to a major roadway, so it was inconvenient to use. There is no workout room on site, there is no complementary newspaper or bottled water as advertised. The afternoon/evening desk person could not […] tell us where to find a very large and popular downtown mall. In fact, when we arrived, he gave us a room that was already occupied (thankfully the person was not in there at the time but if we were not honest people we could have taken half the stuff in his room) when I went back to the desk and explained there was no apology or explanation. He just gave us a different room assignment. This room had 2 double beds, not the 2 queens that we actually needed. Given the aged state of the hotel overall, we decided to just make do. The upstairs pop machine was broken the whole week of our stay, so apparently they didn't care enough to get it fixed. One day the maid didn't bother to clean our room and when I asked the front desk (interrupting her personal cell phone call) if we could exchange the towels at the very least, again there was no apology. She sent a different maid to give us towels but no one was too concerned about the oversight. The breakfast had make your own waffles, orange juice, tea, hot chocolate, oatmeal packets, bagels, coffee, cereals, yogurt, danishes, and sometimes: muffins and hard boiled eggs.Overall, it was not a nice hotel-even for what we paid a night. I would not recommend it to anyone and I suspect the positive reviews are from people that confused this with another of the Best Westerns in the area. Read more

I checked out early due to the cleanliness of the room. The tub wasn't clean. When water was running in the sink, it wouldn' t go down the drain. It was backing up.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast, free USA Today paper, microwave and fridg in room. Wireless and wired internet (over 5mb wired). Had all the features we wanted in a comfortable and ample roon. Close to many resturants. Granted extended checkout without issue. Will stay again I am sure.
