This hotel is clean, it is in a good location and is reasonably priced. It has smoking rooms as well. The window opens to let outside air in. The rooms have a frig, coffee machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside the room air conditioner not being able to get our room cool enough our first night and the guests having to re-stock all the breakfast items in the morning (make coffee, get milk, refill syrup, change orange juice) it was not all that bad. Clean hotel and right next to nice restaurants. Would consider staying again!!!

I arrived at the breakfast area about 7:30 AM and discovered a tour bus was boarding their passengers after there overnight stay. I observed that the food was almost completely gone but was not alarmed since I assumed more would be prepared for remainder of the other guests. I patiently waited for about thirty minutes and I saw no foods being replenished. My wife asked a employee doing some cleaning at the food counter if more was being prepared. She was told that was all for the day. We asked to talk to the manager and she offered no compensation for the breakfast other than a free rooms. This would not work with our travel plans so we declined. I have never experienced a situation that compares to this by any hotel company. The manager said she could not adjust the rate in any way since it was booked online and not direct through the hotel itself. This sends up a red flag for future bookings with online booking agencies.

This was an adequate hotel. The beds were not as comfortable as others we stayed in recently. We told the hotel we had 3 adults but we only got 2 towels and 1 facecloth. We checked in late so we really didn't notice until we began to take showers. That seems like a very basic element of good hospitality. The location was very convenient to the interstate though.

Was in room 206 sink was clogged so they put us in 210 and the bathtub looked like it had been misses there was a ring on the side of the tub like someone had set a bottle of something on it I wiped it off and there was black under the overflow the tub itself was stained and needed a good cleaning the front desk was very nice to move us from 206 to 210. Whenever we walked into room it smelled like wet bath towels maybe a/c vents need cleaned it was close proximity to where we needed to go

After spending four nights in a motel in rural Arkansas the Baymont Suites was a nice change. Very modern with all the amenities you could need. Friendly accommodating staff. Would recommend.

Overall hotel was clean, staff was very friendly. However we did experience an issue with the fridge in the room being loud. We mentioned it to a member of the staff who offered to move us to a different room. We did not want this as we did not want to have to take the time to move all of our belongings. They offered then to have it fixed or exchanged with a different one. This did not happen so the 2nd night we just unplugged it. I spoke to the general mgr who arranged for us to receive a one night refund which was very kindly and promptly handled with her help through Expedia. Would we stay there again? We would. Only other complaint was inadequate seating for the continental breakfast area. Only 5 tables offered on a Saturday, BUT on Sunday there were several more added.

One bedroom with King Bed. Room was way to small, cramped and dusiy/dirty in tub. The ottoman was so dirty that it looked like some put "dirty shoes" on top and it was never vacuumed. Small vanity area was do dark and not enough light in bathing area also. Dirty, filthy bathtub. The mattress was "squeaky and hard as a rock". The rooms had just been painted and you could smell the paint and cheap carpet. No mobile reception at all for AT&T users. The hotel staff were all so nice and helpful though it looked like not enough employees were there. Maybe mgmt should not be so greedy and hire more help.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to many restaurants, shopping, and easy access to the Interstate. Other than a serious condensation leak from the AC unit that soaked the adjacent carpet area and led to a dripping sound during the night, all elements of the room worked well.

#1: The free breakfast on Sunday was a total laugh. It was only 9:00 and there was no waffle mix, no biscuits, no gravy, no meats..in fact there were 5 boiled eggs...WHO eats boiled eggs for breakfast in the south? Some lady did as she took all of them, hungry I guess. Only whole milk available - lots of seniors can't handle that. #2: The pool area only had 1 table and 1 clean towel. #3: The bathroom faucet was not properly attached to the counter and wanted to come out. Turned on the hot water and it made the white washcloth turn brown...yuk. The plumbing was so bad the toilet had to be flushed a minimum of twice for each use. #4: Free internet was hard to connect with and would only last minutes. #5: The coffee packets in the room come with only 1 sugar. This cheapness appears to be an attempt to save money but not worth it. This was our first stay at a Baymont and last. Would not recommend, especially with all the competition around.

The stay was very nice. Normal breakfast options: cereals, fruit, yogurt, but they also had some great biscuits and gravy as well as a make-it-yourself waffle station. There was a bit of construction going on, I think they were redoing some of the rooms, but other than some light debris in the hallway you wouldn't know. People were nice and everything was clean. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Facility was under Renovation. It was not in great shape but the room was ok for a low budget hotel. There was caution tape across the front of the building due to overhang work. The MOD was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was nice, but the room smelled smoky. We had a third floor room and was told the smoking rooms were on the second floor. They offered to move us to another room, but we just stayed where we were. The staff were friendly. They could use a few more tables in the breakfast area, especially when there is the morning rush for breakfast.

For the price, this is an excellent hotel. The rooms were clean, and in walking distance to at least 6 casual dining restaurants. It's right on I-40, so it's perfect for travellers crossing the country. My only issue was that the room was a bit damp which could be noticed in the carpet and sheets. Other than that, it was pretty awesome.

Everything was really good about the motel except for the fact that when we went to go to dinner we had went next door to our other room and come back to find that our room had been locked and the key would not work after almost 4 hours of trying to get this key situation we finally were able to get in the room had to go to dinner in socks next door because the lady at the desk would not use the main key to let us in We tried several times to explain to her that the master key would let us in the room she would not accept this and could not come to terms to let us in went to dinner in socks because she would not use the master key to let us in incredible

Our non-smoking room smelled of smoke. The AC unit had just been thrown together and made a rumbling noise thru the night - we had to turn it off just to get some sleep. Breakfast was slim. When we complained the next day, she just smiled and said 'sorry...but you are checking out today'.

My daughter and I stayed 2 nights here during our mom/daughter road trip. I picked it because it was close to the interstate and cheap but was BLOWN AWAY by the quality of the hotel. Very clean, very friendly staff. The room was huge, the king-size bed was super comfortable (5 big fluffy pillows!), large flat-screen TV in the room + microwave and mini fridge. The bathroom was decent size as well. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever traveling through Knoxville again.

The bed was comfortable as well as the 5 pillows. My a/c worked well as long as it was set at 60 degrees. I had to exchange my room keys every night due to them not working no matter where I kept them. ( yes I did not store them with my cell or other cards). The breakfast never changes. It's good if you like carbs like waffles everyday. The staff was very nice and helpful. I just needed to use them more often than I would like. I did not realize there is an outdoor pool, but NO hot tub. I never stayed at a place that didn't have a hot tub if they had a pool. I did really like the French vanilla coffee pack in the room.

My family and I booked this room for a one night stay on our way home from Florida. We were very pleasantly surprised at the nice surroundings, nice look in the lobby and room. It was very clean and served us well. The breakfast attendant was "on top of it." Hotel appeared full, as others in surrounding area so breakfast was busy. She was right on all refills and we were on our way.
