Overall the hotel is still first class, but we were disappointed at the reception/front desk both checking in and checking out. We are long time guests of this location and felt that it is unnecessary to try to upgrade or ask for more money when a guest is checking in and then further nit picking with the wireless internet service at a 5star hotel. […] The front desk clerk questioned us when she sent us to a room with double beds - isn't the customer always right? She said three times, I confirmed the accommodation, but neither my husband or I had heard the remark? Again, who are we serving... While a little out of the way (on the strip with 5 story condo's) we decided to try this rather than the Colony or Breakers both of which we've been too. The staff was all 4 season..on their game and very helpful. The facility was great especially the pools and the beach but unfortunately the 2 days we were there were the only rainy days in an 8 day […] trip to FL. Had a great meal at "Graze" on site.. for 4 adults and 4 kids.. pretty much expected but here are my only gripes. At 600+ per night do they really need to charge 15 bucks for internet on more than one device.. ( kids kindles and iPads) and 27.00 per night for parking...come on this in not NYC...there does not seem to be a shortage of parking. This is a very expensive hotel. I have often stayed at the Four Seasons before, although never in Palm Beach. The Four Seasons has been, until this trip, reliably luxurious, welcoming and an overall treat. This hotel was one step up from a two star hotel. The room had two beds, one that was literally a foot away from the bathroom, which is just unappealing. […] The food at the restaurants was, as always, very expensive. But never before have I felt that I did not get what I paid for at a Four Seasons Restaurant. The food was the equivalent of a bad all inclusive Riviera Maya restaurant. Unacceptably bad. The first night we were there were plumbing noises that prevented us from sleeping, clanking and whining, such as one would expect from the lower east side of Manhattan 50 years ago. The concierge recommended a terrible restaurant, a touristy place that you would expect from a less well established, expensive hotel concierge. Unfortunately I only found a local magazine on the last day that had an abundance of great restaurant recommendations. I can't express how disappointed I was. My sister and I had planned a treat for our elderly mother, who has traveled the world but never stayed in a Four Seasons before. She would have no reason to do it again. As always, Four Seasons (no matter the location) is a lovely place to stay. They absolutely have it down; from the decor to the service, everything is five star. Not inexpensive, but you can be assured that you will never feel that your money is wasted. We have stayed at Four Seasons in Hawaii, Provence, FL, NY and have always been happy.

I was able to relax. The housekeepers came in while I was sleeping. Also caused me to fall out of bed one time. Breakfast and lunch was great. Was not very happy with the dinner menu though.

Nice and classy, if you looking for relaxing weekend or week stay. Superb staff and service,very nice and compact spa! Shopping and dining only 10-7 minutes drive. Had a truly relaxing stay,will defenetly come back!

Not the property we expected. Lobby was beautiful, Service was attentive and friendly. Architecture and landscaping were lacking for sure. Food was decent. Our "upgraded room" had slanted floors. Bathroom was real nice though and we had a balcony. We stopped at The Ritz Carlton on the way home and what a difference!!

The hotel was impeccably clean and comfortable from our room to the chairs around the pool. The staff was ever attentive to our every need. The restaurants were good, however breakfast was quite pricey. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly, without being obtrusive. Accommodations were comfortable and our "limited view" room still provided a lovely sight to wake up to each day. Daily walks on the beach were highlights of our day and we were always welcomed back to the resort upon return, often by name. The area provides plenty of opportunity […] for various explorations - loved the Norton Art Museum and Tin Fish Restaurant in West Palm, both just short drives away. It is not a new property, but it is a fantastic property because of THE STAFF, management, service providers, etc. Simply stated, it is a conservative, discrete, quiet, sophisticated place in which to relax, entertain, romance or conduct business. The staff almost immediately salutes guests by "Mr. or Ms. Family name and one never feels it's money, […] money, money they're after. Great place to stay. Service and hotel exceeded our expectations. Only thing I would recommend is renting a car if you would like to leave the hotel. Cab ride to popular places such as the airport, Worth Ave, and City Place is easily $35 each way.

Bright and clean with fantastic service. At beach steps they have sunscreen and after lotion. Ice water is brought to you while you're sunbathing. Really nice gym and locker rooms. Room service pricey but worth it. So glad the next door hotel didn't have 2 beds available, Four Seasons worth the extra money. The overall experience was wonderful. However, the cleanliness of the carpet and organization of the room by housekeeping was not up to the standards of the Four Seasons Hotel. Also, the ocean view could not be appreciated from the balcony when sitting in the chairs provided. Higher, stool type sitting would be better.

There seemed to be a reduction in qualified wait staff due to the 4th of July holiday.
