Hotel was in a perfect location, few minute walk from the falls, which I appreciated as I saw other things I may have missed staying closer, ideal walk... down Clifton Hill providing a happy atmosphere and plenty of places to eat. Staff were friendly, room was perfect, weather was hot so overall good stay! 5th time to Niagara, first at this hotel but would definitely stay here again! Pool was good, outdoor pool could do with being warmer but we came in the first hot days of the season. Thanks for a great stay! by Sarah from England on 06/03/13

Unbeatable for the price. It is right in the center of both casinos, about a .5 mile walk to either. The room has everything you need and the beds are comfortable. The pool and hot tub are a little small, but were nice to relax in after a day of sightseeing and before the night-time partying began. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside […] was that the parking wasn't free. It cost $10 a day. You can however park 1 block away for $5 a day. Overall it was a very good experience. Read more

The staff was very nice and helpful. Pool was small but we weren't there to use the pool. Parking was easy and cheap - only $9 and they had a gated lot if you wanted but we found a spot right out front. Our floor was quiet which was nice for sleeping :)

We enjoyed our stay. Took a run to the falls and was there in 5 minutes. Quick stroll to Lundy Lane. Free wifi nice. You do have to pay like $9 to park. Where to park seems overriding concern at falls

The room size was perfect for 2 people and was very clean. Hotel is within walking distance of the falls and all falls attractions. Staff was very friendly. Only negative was bath towels were small and very rough (normal for most hotels). Even after checkout we were allowed to leave our car parked all day in their lot. Overall, my stay was nice, close to everything. My room was average nothing fancy but liveable for the time of stay. If i went back, i would stay at this hotel again.

The Inn is a little long at the tooth and the rooms frayed around the edges. But the staff is nice and the morning breakfast deal (not included in the room price ) is a good deal. Nice, clean, hotel. Close to tourist district and a manageable walk to the falls. Had problems with the key card which the staff wouldn't resolve, but otherwise helpful and knowledgeable about activities in the city.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it looked very clean. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was tasty and the price wasn't overwhelming. Parking was okay in the lot across the street.

It was just ok. We wouldn't stay there again though. Our room was really small, and the walls and doors were paper thin, you couldn't get away from noice. The outside 'pool' was more of a wading pool, it was knee dip and very small with a fountain stuck in the middle of it and the water in it was really cold. Yes they had an indoor pool, but we wanted […] to laze in the pool and get some sun for a while. Oh and the parking was not free, we didn't know about that until we got there. And no free breakfast, so many places do that now. We should have stayed in a higher priced place and saved on parking and breakfast. Live and learn. Read more

For the price, it is a great hotel. It is nothing special, but it is perfect for the price. The only downsides to this hotel is that they do not provide conditioner and the beds are pretty firm. Other than that, it is a great hotel for anyone on a budget looking for a clean place to stay with a good location.

Our stay was great. The staff was great, The cleaning service staff made sure we had everything every day, The room was perfect for our needs, just alittle bit off the busy streets was perfect. We could walk anywhere easily and could leave the hustle and retreat back quickly. I will stay here again.

It's not luxury. But it worked great for my family of four. Genuinely nice hotel staff, very good location, great rate. It was a good place to spend the night while visiting the Falls. Would definitely consider it again.
