Good hotel, Great restauraunts
Lots of really excellent restauraunts. Nice little shopping area, not just a sundries shop. You can buy expensive (chateau margaux, y'quem) wines, amazing pastries, cigars, and lots more in the independent stores there. The rooms are very small for the money (even for Tokyo). Plus, I hate those weird glass window wall bathrooms with the blinds...whoever thought of that is just, weird. The French restaurant (Pierre Garnier) is some of the best French I have ever had, including Michelin three stars in France. The view is amazing. Strongly reccomend, book in advance and request a window seat. Or stay at the Palace Hotel which has large rooms but not as good food. Or my favorite the Ritz Carlton (but skip the french restaurant at the Ritz and make the short trip to Pierre Garnier for dinner)

A great stay!
We had a great stay at the ANA! The staff was very accommodating and helpful, especially the concierge. They were able to help me book restaurant reservations even before my arrival. They have a convenient airport shuttle and it made it very easy getting to the hotel. The room is spacious with great amenities.
