Its a clean and calm place to stay, room service was good and nice to have indoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast is nice also. short period of time so u must get up early. But overall i say it was well worth it.

Perfectly fine for a no-frills stay. Clean. Good breakfast area. Nice, small pool. My only complaint is that the room heater didn't do much to warm me up.

The Hotel is so close to the airport that you can hear the planes taking off. Luckily they stop for the night. No elevator made carrying up large suitcases dificult. I booked 3 rooms for family and they did make an effort to keep us together. However, the room that my husband and I stayed in had a weird odor to it, sort of like smoke mixed with mustiness. […] Definitely could use new carpet in the rooms and in the hallway The breakfast was excellent and the hostess made sure to keep all the food and drinks filled up, which you don't see in most hotels. RM 149 Was on shabby side. My daughter had this room---had an early flight---dog barking---complained at 8 PM---at 10 PM she was offered another room which at that time she declined. I have used Expedia a number of times both US and Europe and have been pleased---this time I was not. We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers who fit quite well in this room. Staff was courteous. Rooms were clean. Beds were a bit uncomfortable - hard - but acceptable. Location was right off the highway within a reasonable drive to Niagara Falls.

Just walking from my bed to the bathroom a few times caused my feet to be black. They did some things right. The hotel was in the process of being upgraded. My room had new tile, etc., but the carpet was old and very dirty.

The room was clean, comfortable, and seemed to be newly renovated - better than expected! The free breakfast provided in the morning exceeded expectations as well. Two minor complaints: 1) Room air conditioner was not turned on prior to our entrance, which was an issue since it was such a hot day out, and 2) our room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator […] so we had to lug all of our things with a toddler and baby in tow up to our room (the front desk did not offer to have anyone help us either). Staff up front very helpful and polite. Room was nice. Had a loveseat that pulled out and pool is nice. Only complaint is the are where they serve breakfast is VERY small and gets crowded quickly. Eat early!!!

They put me in a room that was next to an extremely noisy ice machine...had to keep the TV on all night to drown out the noise. The hotel is definetly dated with old furnishings and dingy sheets. My room didnt look very well vaccummed either. In all fairness I didnt complain to the staff...didnt really see the point since I was only staying one night. […] You can definetly find nicer hotels in the area for a similar price...I won't be back. We traveled with our two small dogs. Since we had a first floor room, it was convenient to be close to the outside door leading to the parking lot and grassy area for the dogs. The rate for pets is very reasonable and fair. However, the room appeared very worn. A large patch in the carpeting was very frayed, the door to the room from the hallway appeared […] stained with patches of paint that had splatted from elsewhere and was repaired around the locks The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The alarm clock was broken, and behind the furniture was dirt and dust with a few old cheerios on the floor under the heat/air conditioner unit. I was very disapointed in this hotel. Cobwebs in corners, carpet dirty and pulling apart, stained couch, very loud and dirty bathroom door and fan. This hotel needs alot of attention. I will not stay at this property again.

Liked the room. Complementary breakfast was good. Rooms have refrigerator and microwave, so it is good for those travelling with infants and toddlers. Has a small pool. Very convenient location from Buffalo airport, 30 mins to Niagara falls.

Breakfast was superior. Room was very cold on check-in, but we had just arrived from Ft Lauderdale. Heater worked fine in a few minutes! Very nice breakfast Pool area had equipment on the floor and hot tub was cool temp. My son found staff and he adjusted it for him.
