The room itself was very nice, spacious and comfortable. The concierge was sweet, nice and helpful. The problems we had were that the T.V. did not work properly. The monitor was not responsive to the remote at all, also the sound was working when we attached the laptop through an HDMI cable. The young lady working the front desk in the lobby offered […] to switch our rooms immediately. We declined since we were already settled and after all it was just the television anyways. The worst of it all was the location of the room. The fact that it was adjacent to the breakfast room was the problem. There were chairs and or tables being moved at 4:30 a.m. sparingly until 10:00 a.m. Oddly enough no voices traveled from any side of our room, but these tables or chairs (probably tables) being moved were loud enough to wake you up and keep you from falling asleep. Overall it was a beautiful room, a nice looking hotel, with good customer service, but the room by the lobby and breakfast room is noisy. Noisy enough for me to never choose that room again. Overall I would stay at that hotel again. Read more

The television in the room i rented looked nice but the reception was horrible. They're was static on the screen and the high definition was less than expected. I should've asked for another room, but i didn't want to go thru the hassle, so we just dealt with it. It did diminish our experience. Next time we may try another brand of hotel.

We had a good stay. Hotel is easy to get to, easy to park and get inside too. The room was nice. Although very cold when we arrived but warmed up quickly. The beds were comfortable. The only issue I saw was the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower had a stain from an old leak. I have stayed in my fair share of hotels lately, and this hotel for the price, has been the best. The people at the front desk were nice, the morning breakfast was very good, and the room was top tier for the price range. The room was not equipped with a refrigerator or a microwave. When I requested one they couldn't find a room available with one so they brought one of each to my room. That was prompt service. But there was a problem with the sliding door to the toilet stall. I wanted privacy but was not able to get that because the door did not work. It's a wonderful hotel, next time I'll book at Comfort Inn none else. My son told me that he doesn't want to leave the hotel because he considered it as his new house. I slept in it as I was sleeping at my house.

The Comfort Inn room was clean and the service was great. We were greeted very friendly as soon as we walked in the door. The only thing we didn't like was the location of the toilet. The sliding door kept getting stuck and the jet tub wasn't as big as we thought, but we still enjoyed it.

We were pleasantly surprised by the nice rooms we stayed in at the Comfort Inn in Livonia. Our rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet. Checkin was abreeze and the young black man working at the front counter was very friendly. The rooms were very cheap for what you get. I am glad i spent the few extra $$ to stay here instead of the $20 Cheaper hotel that had iffy reviews.
