Overal comfortable and suited the purpose of my stay. Affordable with a good location. I didn't require much, but my interaction with employees was satisfactory. If neede, I would stay there again.

Location.
Located in the new hub of shopping and dining in Reno, Atlantis Casino Resort Spa combines convenience and luxury. The hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle service and it is less than two miles from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport. The Atlantis Casino Resort Spa offers valet and self parking (included in resort fee) and the hotel is connected via skywalk to the Reno-Sparks Convention Center.
Hotel Features.
The resort's signature restaurant Bistro Napa features a 4,000-bottle wine cellar. The Manhattan Deli offers sandwiches and New York cheesecake. Additional restaurants are available, as is Reno's only Concierge Tower with 27 floors providing meeting space and a business center with high-speed Internet access. Meeting space totals 50,000 square feet. Spa Atlantis amenities include a cardio theater fitness center with TechnoGym® equipment, indoor and outdoor pools, aqua lounge with nature experiential shower, Brine Inhalation-Light Therapy Lounge, Laconium Lounge to purify and detoxify, plus private locker rooms with sauna and herbal steam room. Recreational amenities include 32,000 square feet of casino action, a smoke-free poker room, live music at the Center Stage Cabaret, waterfalls, thatched-roof huts, palm trees, multiple spa tubs and jungle sounds around the indoor/outdoor pools.
Guestrooms.
This Reno hotel offers 824 rooms located in three towers. Concierge-level rooms, redesigned in early 2009, are located on floors 21-27 in the Concierge Tower. These rooms offer views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the cityscape, as well as 450 square feet of space. Rooms are adorned with warm woods, a neutral colors, plush carpeting, and imported Michelangelo Marble. Amenities include iPod docking stations, pillowtop beds with triple sheeting, and custom Mark David desks with built-in media launch pads for laptops and DVD players, displaying on 42-inch screens. Concierge-level guests have key access to the exclusive 25th floor Concierge Lounge with a full-service no-host bar, complimentary Continental breakfasts and afternoon hors d'oeuvres, daily selection of newspapers, fax service, and computer stations with Internet access. Rooms also include VIP check-in.
Deluxe Tower Rooms are available in two 12- and 18-story towers and features 375 square feet of marble-accented living space. Crown molding highlights nine-foot ceilings and mahogany furnishings provide ample workspace and a warm atmosphere. Amenities include curved shower rods in the bathroom and custom pillowtop beds.
With mountain and city views, the newly designed Luxury Tower rooms offer 375 square feet of living space, featuring marble accents and custom-made Mark David furnishings. Amenities include bathroom TVs, premium bath products, and pillowtop beds. Some rooms have jetted tubs.
Luxury Tower rooms offer marble accents, Royal Dolphin and Deluxe Tower rooms are smoke free.

Spa Atlantis includes cardio and fitness equipment, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, spa tub, and steam rooms. Extras include a natural experience shower, a brine-inhalation light therapy lounge, a laconium lounge to detoxify, and mud ceremonies. Spa treatments and massages are also available.
Atlantis Casino Resort Spa Featuring Concierge Tower is a 25-minute drive to Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe, one of Lake Tahoe's 18 area ski resorts. Golfers can tee off at 40 courses around the Reno/Lake Tahoe area, six of which are within seven miles of the hotel.

South Reno contains casinos, entertainment venues, and a restaurant row, all of which are concentrated on South Virginia Street. The Reno-Sparks Convention Center is in the area. One of the city’s best views is here at the public LakeRidge Golf Course. The course’s namesake is the 15th hole, which stands 140 feet above Lake Stanley and offers sweeping vistas of Reno and the mountains.

The suite we stayed in was very beautiful. We stayed in about six different rooms during a three week stay in Reno. All the rooms were very nice. The only draw back to the hotel as a whole was the cigarette smoke which was on the main level and at times in the elevator and halls. The buffet is awesome and very well priced.

Only an hour away from our Tahoe home, we occassionally stay in Reno when flying odd hours. Now that I have discovered the great beds, spa, food and hospitality at the Atlantis I will hardly need the excuse of a flight.

Not only was this a comfortable place to stay, it paid for itself. The free breakfast was terrific and the free slot coupons turned into some nice additional money (not guaranteed though!).

"Great Hotel"
Very comfortable & convenient hotel. We LOVE the Bistro Napa and our favorite waitperson Camel. He is excellent and is happy to make changes off the menu for you. Comfortable beds and we like the new remodeling that has been done. Much brighter and more modern.
Great pool, great buffet, great room. Extra charge for the fitness center. Lobby is smokey, but that should be expected since it is after all a casino...

LOVED LOVED our recent stay at the Atlantis! I was a bit apprehensive about the cigarette smell from reading other reviews. Upon arrival, the registration desk at the casino level was actually not smokey at all. There was a faint smoke smell lingering in the 14th floor hallway, but our room did not. The main reason I chose this hotel is because of […] the indoor pool. I loved the atrium styled indoor pool. It was our 9mo baby's first time in the pool and he thoroughly enjoyed it. To top the stay off, the room itself was quite spacious, nicely decorated, and the bed so comfy. It definitely stood out from the "well-used" rooms I'm accustomed to in Reno. It made us want to spend an extra night to enjoy all the amenities. The "resort" fee was well worth it. We stayed at Atlantic because their free breakfast for two for the same price as the nearby hotel. The room is very clean and good size. The staffs at the front desk were very friendly. The free sunday brunch was also great. We enjoyed staying there.

We offer beautifully furnished rooms with one king size bed or two queens. It is clean and up to date. We are a green hotel so we only was your sheets and towels when asked. We have an indoor pool, a beautiful spa and exercise facility.

The Atlantis should make costumers more aware of the amount of smoke there is, we were supposed to be on a non smoking floor but that was a lie, it was so bad in our room it dried out our eyes and made all our clothes smell! Don't stay here if you are not a smoker!

"Amazing room for the price!"
I loved this room! It was very updated and the bed was incredibly comfortable and luxurious. We even ended up staying an additional night there because the room was so nice! I would definitely recommend this hotel

"too much cigarette smoke..."
Nice place overall but too much smoke filtering up into the hallways and rooms - we moved to another hotel after the second night. Will not book there again.

"Comfortable Rooms"
Came up a day early and got a room on the 4th floor. It was very comfprtable, but the noise from the air/heater was rather noisy. It was a double queen overlooking the outdoor pool. and spa The next day we moved to our reserved room in the concierge tower on the 25th floor. View was better and it was very private. The furniture was nearly the same. […] I didn't need the bathrobe or slippers. I did enjoy the free hors d'uerves and beverages in the early evening and I did NOT enjoy the continental breakfast. It is always bread and fruit. If your are on a minimal carb diet it isn't palatable. So except for the privacy the other rooms are just fine with me. Read more
"Atlantis Hotel"
Modern and sleek hotel. This hotel was more than expected. The staffs were absolutely delightful. The room were very trendy. It didn't feel old or dirty at all. I usually don't like the hotels in Reno, but this one really stood out. I would say this would be one of the top three hotels in Reno for me.
The heated pool & arcade was a great diversion for our 10 yr old son.

Free shuttle to/from airport, beautiful, clean rooms, friendly staff, very helpful. The only thing I highly recommend it to PRE BOOK YOUR SPA SESSION! One thing I was looking forward to and dumb me didn't do it. It may be far from downtown Reno but who cares, get a rental car and just go!

"Good stay"
We stayed at the Atlantis while passing through Reno and really just wanted a nice comfortable room to sleep and we got it! The room had a comfortable bed, roomy bath, and was quiet even though we were right next to the elevators. Well worth the $$.

"top 2 hotels to stay when going to reno"
we stayed at few hotels inreno this trip and the atlantis was at the top. Lots of action and the free buffet was amazing. The rooms are nice and trust me because I am real picky
