"WE ALWAYS STAY HERE!!"
This is a great hotel. Good location, quiet, clean and great restaurants. We LOVE Bistro Napa. Chef Clay does a great job. Love the happy hour too!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Room was inexpensive and the food was expensive at hotel restaurants.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The service was outstanding from every employee. Most impressive I've ever experienced and I'm a 2 million miler on Delta. The only negative aspect was that the air-conditioning in the room was sub-par. The room could never get cold enough for the two of us. A very nice experie3nce overall.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Loved the bed!!"
Slept like a log, comfy bed/pillows, great room and great service.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
A pleasent stay, but no nightlife. Bars were almost non-existent and while the buffets were excellent, they were a bit expensive. A big disappontment was the advertised free wifi, a free service that was not unusable for my 2 night stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Beautiful hotel and casino"
This review is a comparison experience between a stay at a popular Las Vegas strip hotel and the Reno Atlantis hotel. I had an immediate favorable impression starting with the valet and front desk staff with their warm friendly welcome and willingness to assist with any need we had. Soup to nuts; staff, food, casino, beautiful accomodation's made for […] a most pleasant vacation! We will give our highest recommendation to friends and family to make the Reno Atlantis hotel and casino a must visit. Two enthusiastic thumbs up! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Read the Fine Print"
The hotel does it's best to accommodate all ages. My teenage grandkids had fun. However, room did not have amenities as advertised. When I called the desk to inquire whether we had the room I paid for, I was told that Hotels.com may list all kinds of 'extras' but in reality they are 'extra' and we were in the room I paid for (Luxury Room, Tower)) ; […] she offered to give us a more expensive room to get the 'extras'... The bathroom floor was DIRTY! The outdoor pool and spa were closed. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice Rooms, Not so nice service, Hidden Fees"
Me and my fiance decided to go to Reno for the weekend to relax. We wanted to go get a massage and enjoy the spa, so i did some research on the internet for a nice hotel, and Atlantis was on top of the list because of its award winning spa. I gave them a quick call, and the person I talked to said that Spa access was included in all hotel rates, on […] top of that, I can book online, and just add a small fee to include breakfast. So I booked online Friday noon time. We got to Reno around 4pm the same day. Nick, was the receptionist who "welcomed" us. He asked for my name, credit card, signature, gave us our key and set us off. I asked about the breakfast, he said that it can not be done if I booked online. Fine, we werent planning on waking up early anyway. So after we have settled in our room, we went straight to the spa. I was so excited because of the nice pictures on their page. When we got there, the only free access area was the pool. They have a jacuzzi but it was closed. For us to access the water lounge, we have to pay 45 usd per person. But they said, if we get a massage, we can have access to the jacuzzis. Unfortunately, they are completely booked out of massages. Anyway, on the good side. We were booked at the Luxury tower, I opted to go for the higher rate. The room was nicely designed, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was spacious and clean. "very comfortable stay"
Having stayed at a number of properties in Reno, I find Atlantis and GSR the top two choices. Alas, usually the priciest BUT we are talking Reno, not Maui.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Rooms were quiet and comfy. Nice places to eat, with a good variety.Genuine Expedia guest review
My room was clean and I loved the vaulted ceiling and the room decor. The indoor swimming pool was shallow but the background waterfall and ceiling was majestic. The lounge chairs in there had foam and was very comfortable and relaxing to just rest your legs.Genuine Expedia guest review
Hotel is nice, be aware of the "resort fee" they charge when you check out. Also, the older bellhop was too busy chatting with me about the items I was putting in my car to actually help me with anything.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
My family and I couldnt have been more pleased with the service and cleanliness of the Atlantis resort. In my opinion it is well worth the money to stay and I will only be staying at Atlantis from now on for my trips to Reno. Thanks to the friendly staff for the great service.Genuine Expedia guest review
Stayed one night, wish it was longer. Great rooms!Genuine Expedia guest review
"One of the best"
This is an excellent hotel. Nice rooms, indoor and outdoor pool and jacuzzi. GREAT buffet. We stay here at least once a month,Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We were given a very bad room. We looked at the tower elevators going up and down . Not that we spent much time in the room. But had to keep the drapes completely closed at all times. Don't think I would stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Was just OK slot machines were older and room was just ok for the price.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Attended the gun show again at another hotel across town and stayed at the Atlantis. My wife and I had a great stay.Staff was very helpful. A manager "walked us to the buffet" when we asked for directions. That just doesn't happen! Rooms were very comfortable in the concierge tower. Nice indoor pool.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"A Fine Place to Stay"
Having booked my room in a about a month in advance, I was at first not amused when I was told that my non-smoking, King Sized Bed room was sold out, but then I was offered a choice of either a room with two Queen beds or a "Free" upgrade to a suite with a Jacuzzi tub and separate "living area". I opted for the upgrade and could not have been more happy. […] I would and most likely will be staying again at the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa. Also, their Steakhouse is one of the BEST Steakhouses I've been to in Reno. First Class All-The-Way. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Check in was at 3, but they checked us in 30 minutes before, which was good. Enjoyed the hotel, and I was really clean. The pools were one of the best parts. Definitely recommend this hotel, only thing was the hotel was a bit confusing to get around in.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The Atlantis is not a casino. It is a resort, spa, and four diamond experience that also offers gaming on the main floor for those who also enjoy that. My suite was spotless, fresh and comfortable. The Steakhouse prepared my filet perdectly. For a treat, try the Toucan buffet. The large seletion of food is fresh and tasty. I enjoyed the pools. The services […] were impeccable. My wife and I built and owned a four diamond inn. I appeciate the commitment and work that goes into securing the rating, and thr Atlantis certainly deserves it. Although she was not with me trip, I plan to bring her soon so she can also enjoy it. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Good stay and fun at Atlantis"
It was very nice, I made the trip to entertain guests from hometown. I am not much a gambler myself, but there were plenty of close by shopping while the guys played at the casino. The buffet was good, the Oyster Bar was good. The room was nicely remodeled and upgraded. I was very satisfied.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great. However, the view from room #501 leaves a lot to be desired. The A/C ventilation system and ducts inhibit a pleasant view. Rest of hotel is terrific. Well managed. Staff most helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel is very fresh! Clean and exciting. The rooms are spacious. It is my Reno stay!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Place to Stay"
This was my first time visiting Reno and staying at Atlantis. I was attending Hot August Nights and the Barrett-Jackson Car Auction, so I chose Atlantis because of the direct access connection to the Convention Center. When I arrived, they didn't have the standard original room that I booked available, so I was offered a free upgrade to one of the Luxury […] Suites. Since I was staying for a week, this was a welcomed upgrade! The room was very nice looking, clean, and comfortable, had a large TV, and a refrigerator. I had a pretty good view from the room too. I was very surprised that the hotel offered free WiFi, and was happy to be able to connect my devices. My only complaints are that for some reason the room got very warm at night, despite using the A/C, and people in other rooms shut their doors incredibly loud in the morning which disturbed my sleep for a couple of hours each day. I dined nightly at the Sky Terrace Sushi Bar, which was delicious and affordable. The staff I encountered at every area (check-in, casino, restaurants, gift shop, housekeeping, etc.) were all friendly and helpful. Overall, I'm very happy that I chose this hotel to stay at, and I will absolutely stay again on my next trip to Reno. I'll just make sure to bring some ear plugs for those loud slamming doors!! "Great place to stay"
The Atlantis is a very nice place to stay. The room was very comfortable and the buffet was very good. Highly recommended!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Stayed here for business during Hot August Nights. This place was a mad house being right next to the car auction. With that said, overall had a great experience here. Room was very large and comfortable. Huge LDC TV in room, coffee and safe also great. No fridge though. They have some great restaurants in house. Recommend the Napa Bistro happy hour […] four sure. Great bar tender service and food was amazing. The Purple Parrot was just okay as far as food quality, but service was spot on. My only thing here is the casino floor is confusing. I lost my way around a few times, even with all the signs. I am usually pretty good at directions but wow. I had to stop and ask for assistance one time to help find something, ended up being a maintenance guy walking through. He was very friendly and walked me to the place I was looking for. I wish I would have asked his name cause he deserves the recognition. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

The room was very nice and comfortable. The casino was not as impressive as I had expected but the hotel was great.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Kid friendly hotel"
Clean room, comfortable beds, white sheets. Fun arcade for the kids on the second floor. Best part was the pool, relaxing, upscale, but fun for kids. Glad they sold goggles for $5, my kids forgot theirs. Good food in all the restaurants. Smells like smoke, but it's a casino so that's to be expected. Loved the fitness center. We would stay again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice Location for Special Events"
Attended a class reunion at the Atlantis. Nice venue for the event. Everything went well from checking through check out. Staff friendly and helpful and capable of handling a high volume of people. Room was better than found in similar type of casinos. Food was very good at the restaurants and the event. Restaurants staffs allowed a leisurely dinner […] and breakfast with classmates that went on for a couple of hours. Be prepared to pay a fairly high resort fee not mentioned when booking on line. No apparent additional services for the fee just a hidden cost. Location is somewhat isolated. Need a vehicle to access outside restaurants. Overall, a good experience. "Smokey Hotel, Rude Staff"
Staff was not what I'm accustomed from a four star resort. Staff was not overly friendly and sometimes rude. Cigarette smoke was every where. I was told I would receive help from concierge with a car rental and when I inquired in tge mornining I was told noone would be able to help me until noon. Food and beverage in Oyster and Sushi bar was awful! […] When I complained I was told "that's the way we do it". Really????? Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"nice clean hotel near airport"
friendly staff, nice new updated rooms and clean air; good foodGenuine Expedia guest review
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay although did not like the clerk that was at the check-in desk when we arrived. He did not provide us with details as to what the Resort Fee, that we had to pay, entitled us to, i.e gym, pool, etc. We had to call the front desk several times requesting information. I must say thought that the Sunday Champagne brunch, that […] was included in our night's rate, was awesome! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"nice hotel with nice eateries for every palate"
We enjoyed our stay in the non smoking king with marble bathroom. My only negative for the hotel was one of the chairs and the brown bed cover was marked as though someone had sat on it without panties - this was not cleaned throughout our stay. Off putting! Restaurants were awesome - steakhouse has excellent quality food in a beautiful/romantic environment […] and Sky Terrace Sushi Bar and restaurant had great food but was disappointed with Lobster bisque which had only claws and no tail meat. My husband loved his sushi and the calamari was delicious. Would stay here again as prices were a little less than the Peppermill. Personally, though, I prefer the Peppermill's Tuscan style and more diverse eateries and entertainment. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
