After endless searching I decided on this hotel based on cheap cost and quality from the pictures and i was not disappointed. the hotel was just off the highway and had a nice pool and a hot tub. the design of the pool area with the glass wall was neat. they have a tgif in the building so is convenient for evening drinks. other hotels of this price did not appear to match this caliber and we would recommend to all traveling to stl.

I had a very nice two day visit. Rooms were clean. It was nice being able to eat at TGI Fridays instead of having to leave the hotel to eat.

We had stayed at the Crowne Plaza Downtown on our last visit to St. Louis, and hoped the service at the Crowne Plaza Airport was of equal quality. Luckily, that was the case! The hotel staff was very helpful when we asked for directions, and our room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is actually accessing the hotel. If you aren't coming from a certain direction, you're forced to drive past the hotel two miles either way to make a U-turn to enter the parking lot. That aspect was frustrating, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza!

"Great room for the money"

We enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza. The room was very nice and clean. It was a little warm for our tastes and we couldn't get it cooled down but we didn't ask for help either. I'm sure that hotel staff would have done something if we had asked. The pool and hot tub facility is very well maintained. TGIFriday's location in the hotel is a great plus also.

This hotel is very convenient as far as location near the airport, make sure to do a practice drive for getting to the airport a night before to understand the way to go since it can be confusing that the hotel is on a one way street.

Upon arrival to the hotel on Christmas night, we were greeted by the smell of the season (ex. cinnamon, spices, pine cones, etc.). The lobby is absolutely beautiful, with the sound of flowing water and the atrium style over the pool, etc. All the natural light coming in through the windows was wonderful. The rooms were comfortable and decorated very spa-like. In the future, I would definitely stay again.

After our furnace broke down on Christmas morning, we had to decide which hotel we were going to stay at after the sun went down.We decided to stay at the Crowne Plaza, near St. Louis Airport, due to price. Most of the other hotels near our house in St. Charles, were $60.00-$100.00 more. When we arrived, the hotel smelled like Christmas (cinnamon, spice, etc., and the lobby had the most amazing view with all the glass windows. My son and I went for a swim in the heated pool and sat in the hot tub. The only down side is the location. Lindbergh is a one way road, so just be sure the you get good directions.

Hotellet ligger bra till med stor parkeing utanför. De allmäna lokalerna är jätte fina. Reception, lobby och poolområde. Restaurang och bar drivs av ett TGI Fridays. som är inbyggt i hotellet. Servicen i baren var bra. Rummen är vådade men har varit med ett tag. Så av den anleningen upplevs dom som lite slitna. Men det är ett prisvärt hotell.
