Stay was comfortable. Employees were friendly and helpful. Overall clean facilities. Parking was a challenge because of construction, but this should be resolved once that is complete.

Reviews were alot worse than the hotel actually was. I thought the hotel was nice, recently renovated, close to the airport and downtown san antonio. Their shuttle was broken, but they reimbursed me for having to pay for cab fare.

The room was clean and close to the airport. My only dissapointment was that the shuttle doesn't run early enough so if you have an early flight you need to take a taxi but it's not far from the airport. The hotel is close to, but not adjacent to the highway, so check directions. There are no adjacent restaurants to walk to, but many within a short drive. Hotel is on the budget side- no hair dryer in my room, only one waste basket and shampoo packets instead of bottles.

Stayed one night, needed hotel near airport, didn't realize until 4:am when I was getting ready to catch a flight out of San Antonio that there was no hairdryer. My fault for not reading the details clearly. Otherwise, clean comfortable and good value located close to airport.

My friends and I (all 18 and 19 year olds) stayed at this hotel for two nights. Being teenagers, we had to be careful about the amount of money we spent on the hotel we stayed at. This hotel was relatively inexpensive (especially split 5 ways) and was not too bad. The beds are big enough, the TV was a decent size with basic cable and the rooms have […] free wifi. These are basic items, you should not have to upgrade to have access to these items. Towels should not be limited, buy some more. Front clerk was kind enough to upgrade my room to a King size bed but unfortunately the room was very disappointing. It smelled, it looked empty, mini fridge had mold because it had been turned off, a/c unit was noisy, restroom's vanity was not user friendly & even though the hotel is quite close to the airport, the surrounding neighborhood is not nice. […] (especially at night time). The hotel was good for a quick one night stay, but it would've been nice to get more for the money. Some hotel rooms open to the back of the building and you can hear everything next door and outside. Service was friendly, and the sheets were clean, aside from that it was nothing to be over the moon about.

Great place. Near the airport but not on the flight path. Off the interstate just enough so that you have easy access to the road but not hear the traffic. Only issue was there was not good internet service in the hotel rooms.

Wi-Fi connection was bad in my room. The cleanliness and amenities of the room were in line with the room's price. Another patron got sick and vomitted in the elevator. it took a while to get that cleaned up.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff was excellent. They genuinely care about the guests. When they did not have a driver available for airport shuttle, they paid for a cab. When we needed more towels, the desk staff brought them herself. The price wasn't bad at all.

It was very nice. We arrived earlier than expected and they got our room ready early. The only issue was that our flight out was prior to their free airport transport but they had a taxi service that works with them and got us to the airport on time and at a good price.

The Red Roof Inn at the Airport in San Antonio was very pleasant for a low budget hotel. I was treated with a great deal of help, respect, and pleasing attitudes. The staff was fully knowledgable as to who delivers to the hotel and made several good recomendations. Good for the price and allowed pets. I found the location a little difficult to get to. It's in an odd location, while still being technically close to the airport. It was clean, well-kept and the staff was nice and efficient.
