I stayed one night as part of a small convention. I was surprised that the hotel is as large as it is. The convention space was fine, as was my king-size bed and room. The bed was comfortable. In addition the bathroom was nasty (hair) not ours was in there and the shower curtain was falling and you could see MILDEW everywhere. I found this hotel to be clean and excellently located right off of the highway with several food establishments located within walking distance of the hotel. My complaint about the hotel has to be in line with the other comments on here about the bar/restaurant it has. I arrived at 9:15 p.m. to the hotel with my 1 year old son. I was told by reception […] that I would have enough time to order room service even though the restaurant closes at 10 p.m. We arrived at the room and immediately began calling the restaurant and no one ever answered. In the morning once again I began calling around 8 a.m. and didn't have anyone answer the phone until aprox. 8:30 a.m. The food arrived at 9:30 a.m. So overall I think the hotel is good, but the service witht the restaurant it has is horrible. We had to change our room three times. We asked to have a room with a pull out sofa, room #1 did not. So they gave us another room at e opposite end of the hotel. Had to drag all our luggage up there. Room #2 made us sick from the mold smell and obvious lack of up keep. Room three was finally ok. But each time we complained, the girl at the desk got […] ruder and ruder. Very mean. I would have moved hotels except that I prepaid for this and was afraid I would get my money back. We paid for breakfast to be included, but it's only a discount not breakfast included. The hotel stay was fine. Unfortunately, I called the hotel a couple of times because of some errors that had been made during my booking of the room. The phone rang 10 times and then 15 times the second time I called. You should not let the phone ring that long before you pick it up.

The Hotel itself was good, no complaints other than the one elevator for the entire hotel. The hotel restaurant was extremely SLOW during breakfast service and our food was delivered 25 minutes after we ordered COLD. Would I stay at this hotel again? Maybe, only if it was the only option

It was a very disappointing from the start. There was only ONE front desk employee. It was late in the night and we had young children with us. There was no urgency to check us in. The employee took his own time. And then he made us carry the extra linen all the way to our rooms(which was at the other end). No help was offered as we struggled to get […] our luggage back into the cars. Next morning when I had called to request for an item, the phone was not answered the first time. I had to call again. For the record, the item was delivered promptly. We had a coupon for the breakfast(which was one the reason to select this hotel). There were only TWO servers on a Saturday morning. It took them more than 15 minutes to have us seated. And it took them more than ONE HOUR to serve breakfast. Because of the delay our complete day's plan was ruined. We were stuck in traffic and had to re-plan the day's activities. There was no coffee available in the lobby. I had informed the front desk about it and nothing was done. ZERO. No action was taken. I waited for almost 30 minutes and no coffee was served. (I was waiting for my friend to complete his breakfast) I did not even for a minute had a second thought when I selected Holiday Inn. Never in my life did I experience such poor customer service at any Holiday Inn hotel or for that matter at any other hotel. Just disappointed with the whole experience. Read more

Hotel was very busy,when we got there only 1 double queen room left and they told us the room always is warm. So they upgraded us to a king study for no extra charge. The restaurant/bar is a little pricey but the food was good.

I hated this hotel by far the worst holiday inn ever I advise you not to stay here. We requested a double bed room when we got there they did not have one for us they gave us a smoking room with a pull out bed, there was a nasty bar under the pull out. I asked for a nonsmoking room, but it still smelled like smoke. We had ants on our coffee maker and we asked if we could have it replaced but it wasn't. Beds were really uncomfortable. The hotel is old and they don't keep up with maintenance.

Very easy to get to. Located in a shopping area that has Pizza Hut, Bob Evans, McDonald's and John's Diner. The Diner is open 24 hours. The prices were reasonable & served you a lot of food. I chose this hotel for the price and location. Only 20 minutes from Hershey Park. I was pleasantly surprised by the balcony overlooking the indoor pool. I could keep an eye on my teenagers without having to go down to the pool myself.
