Very run down, booked on Hotels.com, was suppose to have a pool it was closed. because according to hotel staff they did not have the required handicap equipment. Also, booked a smoking king was not ready they ":upgraded" to a jacuzzi tub that did not work, according to hotel staff none of them do anymore because of regulations. There were had towels hanging on the bannister railing, chairs with holes, heater/a/c vent all wall pulled away, the armoir with the t.v. and places to hang cloths didn't even match up at the bottom. When we arrived, we were advised they did not have our reservation for 3; although we had made changes nearly 2 month earlier. A room was found. Shower linen only for 2 people. Pile of clothes underneath exterior stairs during our 3day stay.

Just adequate - looks like they are being sold so not very hospitable. When we checked in they told us there would a continental breakfast the next morning; however, when we went to get some breakfast, the morning staff told us they no longer offer it!??

This was the worst experience we have ever experienced. They didn't clean the bathroom, replace the coffee, soap or shampoo. There was mold in the shower and this was a handicap room. The room had vast amounts of damage (hole in drywall, partial broken furniture, cigarette burns on the blanket, etc.) The bed sheets didn't properly fit the mattress and the remote for the TV was for a different TV. There wasn't any soap or shampoo provided. The internet barely worked and was intermittent at best.

When I checked in to my room I noticed that there was no toilet paper. I went to the front desk to get some, and was told there was a toilet paper shortage and all she gave me was some paper towels. The next morning I realized there was no bath towel either. I went to the front desk and got a towel, and while there complained about the toilet paper […] again. The morning guy told me they were not out of toilet paper, there was no shortage, and that the night worker just didn't want to leave the desk area to get the TP from the storage room. It was just ok. Half the lights in the bathroom didn't work. The "cold" handle of the bathroom faucet was missing so there was only a screw to hold on to. There were no towels in the bathroom when we checked in and my husband had to go to the office to get them and some soap. The free breakfast was only cereal dispensers and old oranges.

I reserve and paid for a room with a Jacuzzi and instead I got a room with a bathroom that has no shampoo or soap on it and the bathtub is so dirty. The sofa they have in the room is dirty. Worst pillow and blanket also. Older motel so looks outdated. Staff were friendly but disorganized. Rooms are clean but sheets were old and comforter stained. Every time I rolled over sheets would come off bed since sheets were old and elastic was stretched out so they wouldn't stay on mattress.

I arrived around 9pm on a Sunday night and the guy at the front desk was rattling on and on about his personal life with his coworker who was sitting on the office while getting me checked in. I booked it as a non-smoking room, received a smoking room. They booked me under the wrong name. When we got into the room, there were NO PILLOWS. We only had half of the towels that were meant to be given. My father needed them to call him at 3:30 am for a business appointment, and never received his wake up call. I was not happy at all with the service I received and the breakfast was a sad excuse. All that I saw were pre-packaged danishes, frozen waffles, plain cereals, and juice. Well, there weren't mattress pads on the beds (Yikes!), rather worn sheets only, one dresser had 2 inoperable drawers, no hair dryer, "conference" phone with lighted buttons - only they were missing, stained chair, cigarette butt in an ashtray on my patio table (at least it was outside). All in all, I couldn't believe I paid for the experience.

To begin with, just getting to our room was unsafe. At first we couldn't even see the stairs, then realized they were hidden behind a large pillar. The stairwell was hidden, smelly and dark. For a single woman, or even a man, it is very unsafe as it is not visible to the outside. The room was apparanlty made for individuals shorter than about 5'4" as […] I had to scrunch down (I am 5'6", my spouse 6'2") the entire time I showered and also in front of the bathroom mirror that is hung so low on the wall it could have been hung for a small child. The comforter on our bed had several large ink stains on it and when I removed it the blanket was even worse with several large cigarette burns in the blanket. (this was a non smoking room) We had two double beds and there were two small, very flat pillows on each bed and the beds were horrible as we could feel the bed springs underneath us. After I got our of the shower in the morning, I walked to the bed to sit down and noticed my feet were already dirty just from walking on the filthy carpet from the shower to the bed. Gross! Finally, when going to get the "free" breakfast, there was nothing but crumsb and when I went to ask the gal at the front desk, she said that was it, they weren;t putting anymore food out, but that maybe there was "a banana or something" that we could eat. Ther wasn't and she was very rude about it. We travel from Chico ro Roseville often as we have family in Roseville, but we will never stay here again! Read more

Room was excellent. TV needs to be upgraded from analog to digital. also better cable TV with more stations. TV remotes did not work at time - had to manual turn on TV and change channels. Bathroom was excellent. Overall, very nice room. Staff at front desk were courteous at book-in time and upon leaving.

Not a very good one! Room smelled like smoke even though it was listed as a non-smoking room. The room was saturated with a "Room freshener" to cover the smell of stale cigarette smoke. It was really overpowering!! (Both the freshener and recent cigarette smoke) I got the impresion that the hotel staff didn't care if you smoked in the room or not. (She […] took a break from answering the phones and went out to have a smoke.) I asked for another room and was told that they were booked solid, even the parking lot was all but empty, and just to leave the door and windows open to air out the room. I did and it still smelled but it was late and I was too tired to find another room. There are other reasons I will never stay here again but those are the basics! Once upon a time, a very nice facility. It appeared that there was a shortage of money to maintain the rooms. Some upgrades. Very glaring shortcomings. Our bathroom sprung a leak in the night and we began our day with a flooded bathroom.
