We used this hotel for a one night stop-over and were delighted with our choice. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was excellent. With links directly to the Marina mall there are good oppotunities for shopping and eating (excellent food hall) and the underground system. Also cheap taxis meant we had easy access to the rest of the city to make the most of our short stay.

Loved our stay here. Payed the same amount as a 2 star hotel in Europe but this was nothing like that. Huge Breakfast buffet with everything you could wish for. (Expensive Buffet however if its not included in the price) Nice swimmingpool, and a very nice area around.

Two words to describe the Pan Pacific - BEYOND FANTASTIC!!! I do a lot of traveling and this is by far one of my favorite hotels! The rooms are spacious, elegant, clean, beautiful, and the interior of the hotel is just stunning! I just loved the ambience of the hotel and would definitely stay at the Pan Pacific again! Even my boyfriend enjoyed and loved our stay! The price was also affordable!

This hotel was recently rated as the best hotel in Asia for Business travelers. We were traveling in Asia for three weeks and this was our best stay, though we were not traveling on business. We got a great price because of the economy downturn, so if you have the chance grab the experience now while you can. The hotel was completely renovated two years ago and it is amazing.

We booked the hotel only a night before arriving in Singapore. The staff was fantastic. They allowed us a late check out (3pm) and also a room to refresh ourselves in before our late flight. The concierge also helped us confirm our flight reservations. Overall, a great experience and wonderful hotel, especially for the discounted price! Would definitely try to stay there again.

There is nothing really bad to say about the Pan Pacific itself. The service and quality was all top notch. With just one night in the hotel the only down point could be that the Marina is not a bustling as the Orchard Road area. Overall a great place though.

We were made so very comfortable from our check-in to our departure. The room was made available to us early, and we were given refreshments while we waited for it to be made ready. When we requested a late departure, they immediately gave us a 2:00 checkout and a hospitality room at 6:00 in which to freshen up. Everything done in a gracious manner. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms very comfortable. It is very well located connecting to the Suntech Mall, where there is all sorts of shopping, eating, transportation. (The Hippo Bus, the hop-on hop-off tourist bus) starts and ends both of it's routes there.

The hotel was an excellant choice for a few days stopover, travelling home from Australia. The whole hotel was beautiful, the staff very helpful. There were several restaurants in the hotel to choose your meals, but we chose to go outside and sample true local cuisine and culture. This was all very interesting, good value and good food. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore.

Stayed for 3 nights July 08, a really lovely hotel, faultless in fact. Comfy beds, spotlessly clean rooms/hotel, efficient friendly staff, fab swimming pool (with underwater music!) central location. Food & drinks were pricey, but in line with a 5* hotel. Shopping malls connected by walkways from hotel with easy access to food halls & every imaginable shop. Would stay again when next passing through Singapore. Perfect anti jet-lag stop over.

I was worried about an overnight stay in Singapore to break the Australia-Europe flights, but in the end it was an excellent opportunity to rest, relax, shop with ease and no anxiety of business meetings. The hotel is situated outside the busiest part of Singapore but a stone's throw from the centre. Very motivated and helpful staff, at all levels. Even though the hotel could do with a bit of cosmetic revamping, it is always a nice experience. Some more lighting both in the rooms and in the common areas would be welcome. Stunning rise to the floors via the open elevators. Excellent breakfast choices.
