The heater in our room kept us up the first night rattling and banging and then the front of the heater actually came off. One of the elevators was out of service the entire time - causing me to be concerned with the "health" of the remaining one - I took the stairs. The hotel restaurant was totally sterile - no atmosphere. After we sat down and received our menus we actually decided to find another place to dine. Needless to say - there will not be a return visit.

Everything about the Clarion was great except that being from out of state, we would have liked a place to unwind, especially on a weekend. The bar/lounge was only opened special hours. Otherwise, the hotel was great, location wise to where we were going.

If you need a hotel in this location the Clarion is just OK, ok value, ok rooms. nice surrounding area. Just down the street from ESPN Headquarters. OK value.

Bathroom floor linoleum needed to be replaced, broken leg on wooden luggage stand, majro gouges and scratches in furniture, lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. We stayed here for the location, which was fine, and the staff were generally pleasant, but the facility was awful.

The Hotel needed some work. When we got in the room the phone on desk and lamp didn't work. The manager after hearing us try to call the front desk came up to see what was going on. He did get a new lamp but phone didn't work. We did have another phone next to our bed that did work. For the price we paid they should have included a free breakfast. The indoor pool was nice to have. My 11 year old daughter enjoyed that. It was very close to Lake Compunce the water theme park. So it was convenient for that.

The Air Conditioner Vents on the Control Panel were full of dust an mildew. Looks like it had never been cleaned and the shower curtain and shower had mildew. They exchanged the shower curtain and cleaned the shower mildew after I mentioned it to the front desk, but they never cleaned the air conditioner. We stayed 4 nights. Neither the beds nor the pillows were comfortable. There was no bell captain.

We booked the Clarion to be close to family. We paid the asking rate even though hotels in adjoining towns seemed to offer more ammenities for less $$. For convenience sake, and that alone would we stay at this Clarion again.

I would recommend this hotel conditionally. The hotel needs a face lift. We went down on Sunday thinking it would be fast and easy. It had one waiter running around trying to help everyone. The dinning room was run down and still using pink and green from the 80s. We left and went to the local dinner right down the street. Front desk staff were very helpful.

we left some items in our room and remembered after we checked out. I called the hotel and they told me to call housekeeping. I have left four messages with housekeeping and still have not heard back from them. I find that to be very unprofessional and my fiancee is terribly upset!!

This hotel was very nice. It was easy to get to. It had a restaurant inside (I didnt eat there, but it looked nice). It has a lounge. Internet service was excellent.
