Did not like the 3 pm check in. Tried to check in an hour early but was told it was going to cost $10 to check in early. Later I found out that they let other people check in early without the $10 charge.

Was not happy with hotel. Internet would not work. Couldnt take a shower till noon because we had no water the handle was broke. Well, the rooms there are old decor and the bed was rock hard. Could not really relax. I think the folks that work there really care,but this place is in serious need of updating-decor is stuck in the mid-70's to early 80's. Staff if friendly and helpful.

This is a pretty straight forward location. Right off 101, comfy bed, nice showers, a drunken stagger from food (its a bit of a walk, but the nearby sushi bar is pretty darn good). The staff was nice, the free breakfast was a bit lame, even by hotel standards. But at the end of the day, it was a reasonable place to stay.

overall very vell, good location, discrete and fornt desk girl very willing to help. I had to check in early, and no room vas available, An extra 10 dollars payment took care of it. The room reeked of cigarette smell. Disgusting. Also, when I was doing my final check before levaing, found food leftovers in the firdge! Extra Disgusting.

I stayed here with my husband to attend a wedding. Pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was. The only improvement I would make is to the breakfast in the morning. The hot food was either cold or overcooked by the time we go there. It was a great value for what we got.

We ended up in a "Japanese" suite. No sofa or chair. It had a low table and 4 pads on the floor. The bed was very soft and sloppy feeling. It's no doubt a great hotel with low price. The door in the bathroom cannot be locked, but it's not really a problem. There is a woman in the frontdesk from Taiwan and she's very nice. It's absolutely a awesome place if you want to go to Gilroy Premium Outlets the next day before its opening.

Cable quality was very bad and magnified by the large screen TV, it made for unpleasant viewing. Also the rooms have a jacuzzi in each bathroom room but the jets were brown inside and the surrounding tile grout was grimy. Only took a shower. Room was large and the bed was comfortable.

Location was great, right across the street from the sports complex where we attended a two day youth lacrosse tournament. Hotel is fairly run down and in need of update in all areas (grounds, furniture, etc.). After a busy day of last minute wedding prepping my best man and I had a room booked at the executive inn and suites. Needless to say, our experience was the worst. We arrived to the hotel late because we had to get last minute wedding preparations taken care of. As soon as we arrive I enter and overhear the night clerk arguing with another gentleman […] about how much his stay was going to be. The night clerk was trying to charge him an extra ten dollars for a room upgrade that he didn't want. The gentleman said he would just go somewhere else and then the clerk budged and said he would waive the upgrade fee since their were no other rooms available. In the meantime I am sitting there for over 10 minutes as this guy is checking in. Finally the guy gets his room and it is now my turn. I proceed to check in and the clerk is trying to do the same thing to me and charge me more. I told him I already paid for the room and that's what I want. He said, we don't have anymore of that room, but for ten dollars more I can give you an upgraded room. I continued to tell the clerk I am not paying ten dollars or five dollars, nor will I get the upgraded room and only use one bed. I think he thought he had me trapped in a corner because I couldn't just simply cancel through him. He thought wrong, and he wasn't upcharging me. I still don't understand why he would waive the fee for the other guy, but kept on insisting I pay extra. Read more

The hotel is definitely in need of updating; clean but old. Since it's situated right behind the 101 Fwy, the noise at night was annoying. You need a relaxing noise machine to drown out the traffic sounds. The WiFi signal was not strong and intermittent if you plan on doing business in your room. But, then again, you get what you pay for.

The location was central to all our destinations and we felt safe in that area. Bed was a little hard but we sleep on softer beds. the room was great. It was elegantly furnished with a large bathroom, separate couch and table area, large flatscreen t.v. and great lighting. The hotel fixtures are a bit "dated". The theme is 60's Vegas meets hacienda. This is an excellent choice for the budget-minded traveler who is looking for a comfortable, but not overly posh environment for a good night's rest. The amenities are very basic, in keeping with it's budget orientation. However, I do have to note that my room had a Jacuzzi […] and a 50+ LCD flat-panel HDTV!!! The staff is extremely friendly, my room was well-maintained and clean, and it was surprisingly quiet given it's location within the building. The hotel was fine, not exceptional, but a good value. The room was clean, but it was dark and felt a bit tired. They had washing machines stacked outside in the back by my room that detracted from the experience. Having said that, it was a good value and convenient location.
