The Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was up to standards, but nothing spectacular....however I did not expect. more. Rate was certainly good. The property is located within a group of motels. There are some food chains very close and shopping within about 3 blocks. I will stay here again.

the lady at the front was nice and so was the maid. its two floors. we were on the second floor. i wish it had an elevator. they were fixing the whirlpool, but the pool was nice and very warm.

Everything was great - excellent location close to the Interstate, close to St. Norbert, close to restaurants and shopping; pool was great for the kids; breakfast was really good for everyone with biscuits and gravy (personal favorite) the morning we ate there. Staff were very friendly and attentive. No problems checking in or out.

We stayed over from Friday night to Saturday. Woke up early on Saturday and made our way to our destination. Right after leaving, the other person in my room realized he left a box in the room. We immediately called the hotel and asked if they could have someone set it aside for us so we could pick it up later in the day. They told us it wouldn't be […] a problem. After our event, we went back to the hotel and they had no information about any box, or any note of any kind. The hotel isn't big enough that information can be lost that easily, so someone along the way must have failed to pass it on. We have yet to hear back or get any information about the box. Read more

Hotel is a good value and front desk was very friendly and helpful. When our phone charger died on us, the person at the front desk ran and got us one to use. Housekeeping of another story. The room was dirty and on our second day, they did not give us coffee or toilet paper. We would come back though.

The room smelled like old smokey dirty dog. Opening the window didn't help. The breakfast was ok. Ran out of coffee and was promptly replaced. Negative comment is that there were no hot protein options.

We stayed in the hotel for a baseball tournament up the road. Very convinient to our location. Sleeping was another story. The sheets for the beds seemed to be too small for the actual bed. Many times in the night we would have to get out of bed to remake so we could actually sleep on sheets rather than the mattress itself. Also the breakfast in the […] morning wasn't great. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel all together. Maybe the vacuum wasn't working correctly the day my room was cleaned but there were apparent signs that someone was in the room prior to my stay. When we first walked into our room we were blasted by heat!! How unusual..usually we freeze in motel rooms..We did have to open the window to cool it down and the room continued to stay warm all night..Not uncomfortable but definetely warmer then we like it..Good place to stay.....

I guess the Hotel wasnt what I had expected, according to the pics on the computer. The cieling where the swimming pool and the whirlpool was moldy, the floor was very poorly constructed. In our bathroom in our room, the floor tiles were loose and almost comming out. I dont know what to say. I guess this just wasnt up to my standards.

I only had to stay at this hotel for one night before traveling to the airport early in the morning. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and my room was very clean. It was nice to have a pool area, although the pool is pretty small. The jaccuzzi was nice and seemed clean. The hotel is in an area of a bunch of other hotels...so there […] isn't much to do within walking distance. I took the cab out to eat and to the mall and was VERY cheap. This being said, I was disapointed because I chose this hotel because it said it had "transportation to airport." I thought this meant a free shuttle...it didn't. The desk was very nice about setting up a "shuttle" for me to get to the airport the next morning very early, but when it came time to pay (after a FOUR MINUTE ride to the airport) the "shuttle driver" charged me $20. I suggest for anyone that needs to get anywhere to just call a local cab...it'll cost you no more than $6. Read more
