We had a group of 12 moms stay in 2- 2bedroom suites and were amazed and how spacious the rooms were. The continental breakfast was abundant and delicious. We are already planning our next trip back!

The Pros: Convenient location (next door to ruby tuesday) and easy highway access; squeaky clean and decent bedding. The Cons: Poor lighting / lights that didn't work; furniture and TV's from the last century. With a little updating i.e.: flat panel tv and newer sofa, etc. this would be an outstanding value--just not there yet

Went to desk to sign in was told room was smoking when I got to room it was not a smoking room. Called front desk said to come and get another room, I do that get room upstairs which I didn't want cause of my bad knee, get into room, there's double beds in room instead of King which I requested. Needless to say go back to desk get key for room I was […] originally booked for. Well to try and make a long story short I was very unhappy with stay, and girl at desk said that room was still listed as smoking but was a non-smoking room. Haven't written a letter to hotel as I just want to forget this experience. We stayed there last year with a group of friends all was great, when we get together with our friends next year I'll will stay at hotel next door, and visit my friends at Sonesta ES Suites Somerset. The suites are large, bedding is comfortable. But there were dirty socks on the floor, vomit on drapes, spewing kitchen faucet and a single tissue in the box. Front desk was neither friendly nor knowledgeable.

Recently purchased by Sonesta, this suites hotel is roomy and comfortable but well past due for a furnishings and interior upgrade. Very nice towels and toiletries. TVs are really old, and their array of channels did not include a PBS station to watch Downton Abby...:( Good price for the space though.

The staff of the hotel was very friendly and attentive to your needs. It was new years day and we had all obviously slept in and so I called the front desk about the free hot buffet breakfast times. Unfortunately, we had just missed the end of the breakfast and since it was bitterly cold, we still had to get fully dressed, so we could not get there […] in time to grab breakfast. I told the front desk that we just got up and would try to get there but was not sure about it. After about hour, we heard a knock at our door and it was the staff delivering a plate of food for us! What a lovely unexpected surprise!! Called down to the front desk and thanked them again for their thoughtfulness! Even though our rooms were not the most up-to-date, such as big and bulky tv's with somewhat poor reception, the staff more than made up for it all and I would not hesitate to stay here again. The price and location can't be beat. Found a great sports bar and restaurant for dinner within one mile of the building. Very close to the highway. The building and interior are a bit older. Could use some updates, but still very comfortable. Perfect for an extended stay.

The room was spotlessly clean which is very important to me. I loved that they have rooms with two bedrooms and two bathrooms! The kitchen area was also the cleanest I have ever seen. Everything was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a full selection of breakfast fare. I would return in a heartbeat!

The hotel staff was very nice and the room just okay. I was totally DISGUSTED when I looked under the mattress pad to check for bed bugs and saw multiple urine stains on the mattress pad. Fortunatley there was another bedroom and the mattress pad appeared cleaner. I slept on top of the bedding and used and extra blanket. There was no way I was sleeping […] under those sheets! Family of 6, booked room 6 weeks prior to family reunion. Hotel had overbooked and asked us to switch to 2 rooms vs 1. They put us over the front desk. BIG MISTAKE. There were very loud parties both nights right outside our rooms near the pool area. (actually had police officers there on both evenings due to these large parties) They did not quiet down […] until well after midnight. Skylights in the master bedroom (dumbest idea I have ever seen) woke you up bright and early as soon as the sun came up whether you wanted to be up or not. Tried turning the "light" off numerous times during our 3 day stay, that is how bright it was in there. Being these rooms were directly over the front desk you were directly over the "breakfast area" too. Just as loud as the parties the nights before at breakfast time. There was a door in between these 2 rooms leading to more rooms...this door and hallway was to the left of the master bedroom in one room and to the right of it in the other. All hours of the night this door was being open and closed as ppl were gaining access to their rooms. Very poor thought during construction of these rooms. Read more

This was the best hotel I've stayed in. I got a two bedroom suite & the room was perfect! Enough space! The only thing that needed a little upgrade was the stove but otherwise the room was great. The entire property is in need of a major overhaul. It is extremely outdated and the room actually made my skin crawl! I did not feel safe during my stay and had to sleep with one eye open! In addition, it was too noisy. The workout room equipment is prehistoric and my closet is probably twice as large. It was a total disappointment.

This is a pretty good hotel and worth the price,It might look old-fashioned from outside,but the room was pretty comfortable.I wanted a 2 bedroom suite and this was one of the very few hotels with this option and definitely the most budget-friendly.

It is showing some signs of wear here and there. Peeling paint on outdoor fixtures etc, but the rooms themselves were very good and roomy. Price was fair, but be aware, this is an outdoor entrance with stairs type of property. If that's not your style, well.......if you have a lot of luggage, get a ground floor unit.
