This is a adequate place to stay if doing business in the downtown area. The facility is somewhat dated but is clean and well-kept. Be prepared to add extra parking fees @ $20.00 per day.

The hotel was too expensive, and was a one star rated hotel. The comfort inn is a better hotel, for just $85-$95.00 a night. The room was too small, and had no refrigerator, or microwave, or we had no balcony. I will never go back.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and our room was very clean and nice. Was only there for a brief stay so did not get to enjoy the pool but it looked great! The location is very close to Midtown/Downtown and they provide a complimentary shuttle within a 3-mile radius. Just a one night stay for a work trip and very convenient. Great breakfast. Staff could've been a little more friendly when arriving to check in so late after a long day of traveling and work but was still a great experience.

We walked in the door and waited 10 min at the counter before we were acknowledged. The lobby was empty except for the bartender and someone at the bar. Turns out the guy at the bar was the one working the desk. So he slowly walked our way, stopping to talk to two different people on his short trip to the counter. This was our 4th time staying at this hotel and each time we loved it. It's in a pretty good location, close to every place we needed to go. It's in the Georgia Tech area but had no problem with college students or traffic. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Nice hotel. Hot water made lots of noise when turned it on. the grout around the tub needed to be replace. Nice place close to a lot. Parking was $20 a day which i didn't like for a regular parking lot in front. Lobby very nice with a touch screen tv to find resturants, things to do etc... nice touch.

I have stayed here a couple of times and it was significantly overhauled since the last time I was there. To me, the only negatives regard the traffic in the area and location. It is located on a marginal road just west of a busy freeway. So, there is a lot of traffic noise about 20 hours a day. For pedestrians, it is not ideal because of conditions […] just east of the hotel. Construction and poor maintence have left many sidewalks unavailable or broken up or unlevel. Extreme caution should be taken when crossing the roads on Techwwood, 10th, 14th and Spring. One time, I was so close to getting run over that I put my left hand on the hood and hurtled over the driver's side headlight of his car. In short, the drivers in the area take chances to get through the traffic and ignore pedstrian right-of-ways. Read more

If you stay at this hotel, insist on a room cleaned by Pam. Pam made sure everything was spotless. Not a stray hair was to be found. The lobby was very nice - modern. However, the lack of a refrigerator or microwave in the room made the entire experience family unfriendly. Location is great and the room was nice. However, there was neither a microwave or mini-fridge. Something I thought was standard these days. The rooms were not spacious, actually a bit cramped. Everything Is extra: breakfast, coffee, and even parking. There is more than enough parking, but what a great way to make some extra money.
