wanted hotel with wifi, told this hotel had it. at check in there was a sign saying there was a problem with the wifi. The clerk gave me the opportunity of cancelling my reservation and going elsewhere but we were tired and wanted to go to bed. I could sometimes connect but would rapidly lose the connection. The breakfast isnt very good and the pillows on the bed are very small for some odd reason. Price was a little high for the room, but overall hotel was nice and suited our needs.

When we reached the place after sundown it was pretty foggy and it gave us an impression the building was small but it's a nice size building with about 80 rooms over 2 floors. The hotel is very clean and well maintained however the lobby and rooms are smaller than other hotels. Breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular, but adequate.

We were visiting friends in Brunswick for three days. We could not have been happier with our pick. My husband woke up each morning WITHOUT a backache. The breakfast was more than expected. Shower wonderful. Overall a fantastic experience. Staff friendly & helpful.

Comfort Inn in Brunswick was very New England. Handy to the attractions in the area and well kept. Road construction at night was a little disruptive if one had the windows opened. Did not hear it with the air conditioner on (there on very hot days).

This was a well-run, well kept version of CI. It is very convenient to town and tourist or visitor sites. Front desk was helpful with directions and suggestions. To my surprise I got a better price than what I booked. Thank you. I would definitely choose this location again. JH from CT

We were comfortable, for sure and the staff were particularly friendly. But the Comfort Inn in Brunswick is a little "old in the tooth," i.e., needs a little brightening up. The breakfast area is grim, with no floor covering in one part (indeed, cement!) and our bathroom sink was damaged.

Very convenient to Bowdoin College & highway access for Airport. Staff was very pleasant & helpful. There was construction going on for a new breakfast area but otherwise the hotel was very nice & clean. Had a very welcoming lobby/fireplace sitting area. Would definitely stay there again!

Staff was courteous and responsive. "Continental breakfast," which offered plenty of variety for the health-conscious, was included in the price. The vending machine was well stocked. The check in went smoothly. The man at the front desk was helpful and friendly. We got into the room and wanted extra towels and pillows and he brought them up immediately. The hotel itself was very pretty, a "home sweet home" style, and the rooms were nicely appointed. I liked the idea of a night light you could plug in rather than my usually having […] to keep the bathroom light on in case someone got up in the middle of the night. We liked the appearance and decor, nice to have something that doesn't "look" like a hotel from the street, and it was easy to access and not far from the interstate. The room was as expected and comfortable, would be happy to stay there anytime.

My wife and I really loved this hotel. It was clean and comfortable, and it looked nice. The only caveat is I wouldn't necessarily stay here if I were going to be in Brunswick for a long time. The hotel is very close to the freeway, which is nice for travelers, but it's not close to Brunswick's Maine St. where we spent most of our time.

The Comfort Inn in Brunswick, ME is good for one night stays. It would be fine for extended stays (more than one day) so long as you are situated on the second floor. The breakfast room is a converted guest room, which means that if you're staying anywhere near that room, you get to hear everyone and their loud children heading to breakfast. As well, […] the floors in the hotel seem to be very thin. At 1 am the room above us checked in, and it sounded a lot like a soccer game. I am genearlly a heavy sleeper but the noise woke me up from a dead sleep. The breakfast offerings were par for the course, pastries and coffee. We never had any of the pastries, but the coffee was fresh and pretty good. The Inn is easy to access from Route 1 and 295 and is situated not too far from Maine Street in Brunswick. If you're only stopping for the night, it's a good place to stay. If you're staying longer, I recommend that you request a 2nd floor room. Read more

Since breakfast was included in the price, my only complaint is that it was very artificial, not real eggs were used for the omlett (maybe the "upgraded" variety from the carton..) otherwise all was well especially for two nights.

We had a smooth check-in after a long drive from Boston and had a good size room on the ground floor. The room had all of the usual Comfort Inn amenities but no laundry or pool. We liked the look of the reception frontage and the lobby when first arrived. The room needed some airing as it smelled musty probably because it had been empty for a day or […] two.
