For under a hundred bucks, this is a great place to stay. Kind of hard to get to, even for someone who has lived here most of her life, but the room was... very clean & comfortable. bathrooms are the smallest i have been in in years. the service desk personnel were indifferent to everyone including when they were on the phone. they didn't look up until you spoke and gave you the impression they have a lot better things to do than talk to you.

I didn't realize this was a motel, not a hotel - all doors open to the parking lot. Not an issue but it does bespeak lower class... However, the room was clean, the beds weren't too bad. The room was so tiny there was no place to put anything; balancing shaving/makeup supplies around the sink, stacking belongings on the floor. We were in town for an event at Freedom Hall. This was a good location & close to shopping also. Our room was comfortable. The free breakfast did offer a waffle station. We would stay here again.

When we got to the hotel they told us they were over booked so they couldn't give us the type of room we had reserved. They then put a $100 hold on my credit card even though I had already paid the full amount up front through Hotels.com. They also tried to charge us an additional $10 when we asked them for an extra blanket. The contiental breakfast […] was not good and they closed it down early. It was supposed to remain open until 10am on Sunday however when we went down at 9:30am it was already cleaned up and put away. At 1230am the fire alarm started going off and everyone had to evacuate the building. When we tried to call the office to see what was going on no one answered. When we were finally cleared by the fire department to go back inside we went to the front desk and there was NO ONE there. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom and the towels were dirty and smelled like smoke. When itw as time to check out I took the keys down the the front desk and asked if i could speak to the manager about our stay and the front desk person told me the manager "wasn't listening to complaints today". I was infurriated. We will NEVER stay here or any other Baymont Inn or affiliated hotel again! Read more

I researched your room account and saw only a $50.00 incidental hold , which you were notified and agreed upon at check-in . Incidentals/Deposit policy is clearly listed our hotel page on hotels.com . I see a conflicting statement that "continental breakfast was not good and it was closed early ?" We do serve several breakfast items that are more than required by Baymont Brand Standards and do not close breakfast before hours posted . You may have arrived from Central Time Zone that may have caused the confusion. Unfortunately , one of the guest or a child pulled the fire alarm which is clearly beyond hotel's control . We do not charge for any extra blankets or pillows. However , that there is charge a $ 10.00/ night for Extra Rollaway Bed. All the extra items such as soap, shampoo, conditioners, toothpaste, toothbrush, deodrants, comb, razor, shaving creams etc. are available at front desk There is a manager on duty or on call and a staff member 24 hours a day to assist guests with their special requests and/or any reported service issues Please be assured that we take critical comments such as yours very seriously and have forwarded your comments to the appropriate department and corrective measures will be taken to avoid such a shortfall in the future.

The room was awesome. The pillows were very nice. I especially appreciated the fact there were no feather pillows since I'm allergic. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was great. I liked the little packs of peanut butter since I like that on my waffles. It was great and I recommend it.

Nice hotel, convenience area, very comfortable bed. The room and grounds were very clean. However, when we arrived back to our room one afternoon the maid had left the steel swing lock pulled while the door was open leaving our hotel room unsecured and standing open about 3 inches. I immediately contacted the front desk and was told that a note would […] be left for the GM. We stayed one more night and never heard another word about it. This is a nice hotel in a nice location- clean and quiet. Its a short walk to Olive Garden and close to the expressway entrance. Its a little tricky to get to the Inn due to divided highway.

I was surprised at the quality of the hotel for the price. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The staff was courteous and the breakfast was good. Great hotel for the price.

Hotel was not ok. When you find a hotel you like....compared to the Hawthorn suites in Cincinnati and Louisville. The Baymount rooms are too small. Hotel was clean. My King & I felt like midgets. If room that you reserved did not meet your expectations , then you should have immediately notified guest service agent upon check-in for a room change. We do have Two Room King Size Bed suites with two Bathrooms, a queen pullout, a recliner in a separate room and other bigger rooms types available for an upgrade for an extra charge . There is a manager on duty or on call and a staff member 24 hours a day to assist guests with their special requests and/or any reported service issues Please be assured that we take critical comments such as yours very seriously and have forwarded your comments to the housekeeping department and corrective measures will be taken to avoid such a shortfall in the future. We just stopped in to rest at this hotel and it was the best nights sleep we had in days. Mattress was awesome, service was great and informative , very clean room the only thing was they had no vent in bathroom!!! Lol A+++++

A very well-equipped room with microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot. We were very comfortable and the desk staff was great. It's an accessible E. Louisville location close to restaurants and shopping. Good breakfast, too.

Regular rooms were rather small. We moved up to a suite and it was well worth it. Two rooms with two TV's. Hot cookies every night.

We had a pet room and the charge was minimal and we had a very nice . My only complaint and its a big one, was when we got back to the hotel after watching a show at the Comedy Caravan, there was absolutely no place to park. There were construction trucks parked long ways in regular parking spaces and there was a bus, a conversion vehicle of some kind […] and semis all over the place and not one spot for my vehicle that is also a handicap van to park. I went in and complained to the night clerk who said she had told management about it, but, they hadn't done anything about it. I was forced to park in the hotel next door and walk in the dark to my room. This was not acceptable!!! Read more
