I do want to live in this hotel again. The sink problem has never been resolved completely during my stay.

The pool was very nice. Need better signage to find the little street where it is located; the sign on the main road was much too small and we had trouble finding the place initially. The front desk replaced a missing light bulb as soon as we mentioned it.

Booked a non-smoking room with a King-sized bed. Had been to this hotel before and was pleased. This time when we arrived at the room, it smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it was clearly marked as a non-smoking room. A partially smoked cigarillo laid on the walkway outside the room. Leaving the window open for the afternoon aired out the room […] and got rid of the smell, but it shouldn't have been there in the first place. Room was dirty. We checked in late so really didn't complain at all just dealt with it. Pillow top matress?? I don't think so! I stayed in nicer places that were cheaper. Breakfast was ok...the hot items were cold.

Quality Inn is usually a good choice. This one was not. The bright spots: The staff and breakfast. The low spots: Cleanliness! There was something; I chose not to look too closely on the back of the bathroom door. The grout in the bathroom was dirty and crumbling. It was obvious that the sprinkler system had been activated as there was a long water […] stain on the ceiling directly in front of it. Carpeting was very dirty - lint, crumbs and long hair all over it, especially in the area of the bathroom vanity (which is outside the separate tub/toilet room). Someone else's lip balm rolled out from beneath the edge of the bed skirt when we went to tidy up the bedding the next morning. Eeeeew - was this place vacuumed at all after the last guest[s]? […] Checkout time was 12pm: we hung the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, and still got a call from the front desk (11:40am) AND a knock on the door from housecleaning (11:45am) as we were packing to leave. It's just bad form to pester guests when they are adults, the checkout time is prominently posted AND stated at check-in, and they have the DND sign on their door. This place needs to learn that they are in the hospitality business. The breakfast was plentiful and pretty good. Would not come back here mostly because the room was dirty. Read more

Our room was so poorly kept we asked for a full refund.. Our heater didn't work, the room was full of cobbwebs, and when my wife pulled back the sheets we noticed blood stains with a bed bug in the sheet. Immediately -we left and asked for a refund.

The room was dated and dirty., with cigarette burns on the bedding and floor - hair in the shower. I had to go purchase air fresheners so I could make it through the weekend. No remote for the t.v. Drawers had things from previous guests, dirt... Breakfast was nasty with pre-cooked frozen egg patties and sausage that had been over-nuked.

The room smelled like smoke (even though listed as non-smoking), there was a hair in the bathtub, and the toilet barely worked. I would definitely not recommend staying here (even for the cheap prices)... definitely spend a bit more money for something nicer and cleaner.

everything was really nice, easy to access and service was good too. brought a dog along with me and there were no issues with that. I would recommend this hotel for a simple, down to earth place to stay at a good price.

Room was comfortable though the outdoor hallway was a little gloomy and the elevator was controlled by a card reader that didn't like to read cards. Cleanliness was also OK though the top rim of the toilet bowl had dried urine on it that made us wonder what else had been overlooked.

It was 80 degrees outside and our air conditioner didnt work properly. Room was very warm and fan only blew room temperature even though we turned it all the way up. Reported it to the desk attendant, but she didn't seem too interested. Bathroom was very small.

Clean, very comfortable King Bed , nice and quiet. Breakfast included, the Hot Food was not very good, but adequate. Fruit, yogurt , bagels , cereal, all fine.
