I've been to this Inn twice but both times alone, for the purpose of solitude. I paid reasonable prices based on Internet specials. I stayed in the lodge once and in a cabin this time. The lodge is wonderful but not ideal for quiet or privateness if there is activity downstairs in the common rooms. The Cabin was just right with its pricacy, fireplace, porch and view. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will return.

The staff were very nice, but he hotel is fairly marginal. I got the feeling owner wasn't committed to keeping the place clean and up to date. How hard is it to clean carpets? Maybe it's a kind of buy-and-run-into-ground or wait-for-buyer-who-is-willing-to-rebrand-and-renovate kind of operation. TV line up stinks--no ABC, no Discovery Channel, very few viewing options. Folding metal chair for the desk and no other seating options. Hotel did provide another chair that was also uncomfortable upon request, but seriously?!?!?! Due to business reasons I may have to stay here again, but it will definitely be as a last resort.

They were very accomodating to our group. We had 6 rooms booked and we came in very late at night. Our girls needed a workout in the morning and since it was too cold outside to get in a good run they opened the pool for us early.

Everyone was very friendly and polite. Especially the young man who was lifeguard Tuesday, 9/11, afternoon. Good kid. We still need to find out of housekeeping found a white Sea World large white towel that got mixed in with other towel laundry.

Hallway carpets were dirty. Bathroom needed to have thr trim finished and the bathroom needed to have a deep cleaning, dirt in the corneres. the breakfast was good, it just needed a little more like bisquits and gravy to go withthe waffles.

We stopped for a quick overnight stay and were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was very clean (although the hallway smelled of smoke). The room was small but fit our needs. The waterslide was the best thrill ride short of a waterpark that i've experienced in quite some time. We grabbed dinner at a local Mexican restaurant (Mazatlan) and had a […] great meal with fantastic service. This hotel was the perfect break between 2 long days of driving with young children. The pool was smaller and more crowded than what I expected, but it was still fun. I wasn't expecting a fridge and microwave in the room and I thought that was a nice addition. Popcorn and a movie after our swim!

Good hotel if you plan on just sleeping and swimming there. Staff is very pleasant but the room decor is outdated, the carpets are filthy, and the pillows are cheap and flat. My kids enjoyed the pool but the pool hours are screwy. They do an adult swim from 9-10 am and 10-11 pm.

Room was super small...SUPER small. Like the bed and dresser barely fit and still allow walking room around. Bed was hard which is nice for some, but seemed overly hard. In general the conditions of order and cleanliness were good, just very compact.

Everything was wonderful from the staff to the pool! You have several food locations with in walking distance. The only thing we had a problem with was the condition of the carpet in the room. Your feet were black from walking on it.

I wish all super 8s were like this one. Gorgeous hotel, very nicely decorated. I had to do laundry and they made my change AND gave me soap and fabric softener! Amazing! No one has customer service like this anymore.

We actually felt as if we were staying at a "high dollar" hotel. This particular Super 8 is super nice,very clean,well staffed with nice,helpful personnel. When we travel to Central Point(Medford) Oregon,we will definitely stay at this Super 8 again. I highly reccomend!!!!!

My husband, myself and our 3 children chose this hotel because it has a indoor water slide. Unfortunately, the pool was under maintenance. The room was dirty. The floors were filthy, stained and smelled. There was garbage shoved between the bed and the wall. There was fecal matter on the underside of the toilet. When I told the clerk at the front desk […] she was empathetic but instead of offering to move us, she offered to come in and clean the room. Weird, especially since the hotel was mostly empty. The staff was awesome. Central Point is my home town. I was one of the first people to ever stay here and I ALWAYS use Super 8 now whenever I go "home." It's the best value for the money for sure.
