Bed are uncomfortable, but you get what you pay for. I suppose it was fine for a weekend of wine tasting. Rooms were fairly clean, and have have fridge, microwave. Ice dispenser was across the parking lot.

To start off, the room was clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. No complaints there. This hotel is a wood structure, so you hear and feel every movement of the guests around you. I was on the upper level, and I felt sorry for those below me. I could not tip-toe in my room without making the floor creak. When people walked by my room, or made […] movements in adjacent rooms, I could feel the vibrations while sitting on the bed. I had a glass of ice water on the night table, and when the guest next door shut his door (he didn't slam it), the ice in the glass shifted. That actually made me laugh. Needless to say, I didn't get a lot of sleep. The guest next door couldn't sleep either, I guess, because he turned on CNN at 3:30 in the morning. Yes, I could identify the channel through the walls. The only real negative was the breakfast which was on the "skimpy" side. The entire staff that we encountered did a fine job.

We had a one night stay. The room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. There were drinks left in the refrigerator. So needless to say, I was disappointed. The front desk agent was very nice and helpful which was a plus. The restaurant across the parkinglot is great. They have great deals on drinks!

Nothing "country" about this urban, worn-out venue located next to a noisy cafe and the highway. Office seldom had staff present. I cannot comliment them on their cheap, hardbolied egg, half muffin complimentary breakfast. I guess I got what I paid for.

This was a quick trip so we only needed one night's stay. We were pleasantly surprised as we entered our room. It was clean, had the basic needs and the room & bathroom were quite large (unlike many other motels we've stayed in.) Our room was quiet and we got a good night's sleep! No complaints. Great beds. I'd been there once before. I liked the price (AND I liked the friendly Mexican restaruant across the parking lot which served Margaritas and chips at 11pm, following my arrival.) I adapted my travel plans so that I could return. Next time, I hope to find a map with good area bike routes through farms and wineries.

My room was pungent with the smell of disenfectant to the point that, we left the windows open and the fan going full blast for the 10 hours we were wine-touring and the odor was still as strong as when we first walked into the room. The bed was supposed to be a queen and it was a full and all the coils were sticking. The odor of the cleaner was still […] lingering in the room the next morning and, due to severe allergy to the smell, I didn't sleep more than 10 minutes at a time before my sinuses closed completely and I suffered sleep apnea. The room had an overpowering odor and there was noise all night from the restaurant next door. In the morning we discovered that the outlet in the bathroom did not work that had the hair dryer permanently attached (you could not move it to use another outlet). Would not recommend the Country Inn Suites in sunnyside. the room is clean and comfortable but it shares it's parking lot with a Mexican restaurant with a bar. Lots of coming and going till closing time and last night there was a screaming profanity laced fight that only stopped when the manager threatened to call the police. I was on the top floor […] and can only imagine what it sounds like below as the floors creak when i walk. Walls are paper thin and I could hear the folks just talking, coughing and then having sex until 2 am. Didn't even make it to breakfast this morning since it ended at 9 and I was trying to catch up on sleep. Every time the maid cart rolled by my room, I could feel the vibrations in bed. The heater in the room could be changed it was on an off all night disruptive to sleep and hot and cold. Also we decided about between 1 and 2 pm to leave an travel home so we were a little disappointed not to be able to have any refund on the prepaid 2nd night.. Checked in Friday afternoon made some changes to room needed bottom floor due to bad knee. Desk person Mgr. was nice and made changes as needed. Room was clean but unsderstand I am a property management professinal so even the little things jump at me. Bathroom door stuck on floor and made noise when closing also bathroom window would not lock,security […] issue for us. My wife used the rubber matt for tub rolled up to make sure bathroom window could not be opened. Next morning I got into tub and slipped on slick tub but caught myself on way down and did not get injured to bad. Reported to Mgr. my concern over safety and security. I wasn't sure what to expect. The place looks a bit dodgy as you pull into the parking lot, but the owners seem to really care about their guests and the rooms are clean and pretty decent. They are a bit on the small side, but perfectly adequate for my wife and me. The pool looked nice, though we didn't use it. It was an ok place. The staff were pleasant. My beef is that we ask for a roll-away bed which cost us $15 and then it was so bad that we could not use it. We had to double up on the beds in the room. They took our phone number when we complained about this but we have not heard from them.

We spent the night here on our way to Prosser so we could get an early start touring the nearby wineries. Very comfortable room, nice pool. Everything was clean and functional. The bed was especially comfortable. The AC was a little noisy, but other than that it was nice and quiet. We both slept well. No problem with thin walls or noisy neighbors at […] all. The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is easy to find, and there is plenty of parking. The El Valle restaurant next door was excellent. The continental breakfast was pretty basic, but did the trick. Close to dairy country so you don't really want to be outside when the wind is just right. We called the front desk at 12:30am and they said they would take care of it.. but they didn't other than telling the people to turn off the music, and then turn around and go back to office […] with no follow through when they didn't.. Was a true motel....outside doors. Kind of scary. We couldn't check in upon our arrival (too early, around noon). Both of us couples decided we needed to find another hotel at any cost and did in Prosser. Very disappointed.

I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay on my way to visit my father, and the location was perfect. The hotel was well kept, had a friendly manager and was owned by a family who lived in the area. They obviously had pride of ownership as the room had new linens, was recently painted and the room was well maintained.
