Perfect spot to stay when visiting Dallas Stadium! Staff assisted us greatly! Very nice!

The room was very clean.The shower was amazing and the tub was clean. I would have loved to have an iron but for the price I paid its not a big deal. The refrigerator was a plus and the bed kept me snoozing for hours and hours.The staff was friendly and professional. I would definitley recommend this room to others. I plan to visit this hotel again soon!

Clean and comfortable - but a little cramped. Hotel personnel polite and responsive. Enjoyed the continental breakfast. For the money, good value.

Nice bed, tv needs updating, 1 out of 4 lamps worked, parking not so great. Overall for the low price, it will work. Breakfast was decent, rooms clean

My Wife, 2 Grand Daughters and I, stayed 3 nights here. Great service. Quiet, clean room. Especially for bottom floor facing Highway 121. Great location for Restaurants. Short distance to Ft Worth and Dallas. What impressed us most though, was the fact that they kept the snack machines well stocked, and the prices were less than local convenient store prices. That's VERY important to the two Grand Daughters and us when we stayed up late every night. Then Breakfast! Excellent. Just what we expect for a Baymont Inn. Will Recommend.

For my purposes, the hotel was very convenient, which is why I chose it. However, it will never be more than a 2-star hotel without much overhaul! The room was neat, but definitely needed some updating and repair work. The amenities were provided sporadically, unless specifically requested from the housekeeper. The breakfast was adequate, with minimal selection; however, on one day, food ran out, and was not replenished.....the moral being, show up early or don't eat!!

The staff were very approachable with changes that I suggested when I needed a closer room to the front as well as a fridge and micro wave. I was so satisfied, I booked a room at the same chain in Houston. I hope I won't be disappointed.

I arrived 3 hours earlier than the noted check-in time and was pleasantly surprised to be allowed to check in anyway. The young man at the front desk was cordial and professional and had me in my room in minutes. The shuttle service was a nice plus as well. The room was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a basic hotel for a few nights stay.

Great location, Overall the room was clean, however, would be better if room had microwave and/or refridgerator. Also maybe another ice machine. Only one ice machine and located on other side of hotel.

The bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain. The bathtub was having the same problem. The front desk person was very disinterested that we did not have a room in working order. Both my daughter and granddaughter received bites after sleeping there. The quality of this hotel chain is really hard to predict. In some cities it has been good, while in others, I would not a repeat a stay.

For where I live the location was great. The hotel seems remodeled from some older run down hotel. My first room was not clean at all. It was like the maid came in and left all of a sudden. NOTE: I checked in at 5pm The second room was clean, but the restroom was beat up. for last mintue stay, it did the trick.

Upon arriving the tolit was running and I could not stop the noise. The sheets were stained with what looked like blood (have pics) The maid did not leave cups or coffee after the first day The breakfast area was so crowded with little kids it was impossible to get anything to eat with all the ruckus.

The a/c did not work properly and therefore made the room very uncomfortable. If the ac had worked properly it would have been a very nice place to stay

Clean,good comfort extremely helpful staff. The shower heads are awesome, you are able to adjust the pressure and out come of the water. you pay and expect little but overall you get a great hotel. i would absolutely stay there again and would recommend it to my family and friends.

got to first room and it was 2 double and we booked king, got put in next room and it was still dirty, got put in the last room and ac rattled all night.

Very convienent to the training center. Quiet area, convientent to shopping. Easy access to major highways and the Airport.

I would definitely stay here again for short trips to the DFW area. It's very convenient to most of the destinations my family visits and you get more than you're money. The room was small, but cozy. Heater worked great, and it was nice to be right off the freeway.

The front door let a lot of air in so the room temperature was very drafty. When we went to leave we pulled the sheets back on our bed to ensure we got everything and there was blood on the sheets. After checking ourselves to see we weren't bleeding we realized the sheets were dirty when we got there.

Great location. Lots of places to eat and close to Down Town Ft. Worth. Quick to respond to issues with the room.

Needed hotel convenient to highway for easy access to meeting. This location was very good, very clean, priced very nicely for area. The only issue I had was a little bit noisy with room closer to highway, but that would not stop me from staying again.

The Hotel waa nice but a little difficult to find according to the directions beds were small and not enough pillows otherwise it was very nice.

I expected to atleast have a mini fridge in the room. When I asked about one they said there were only four on the property and they were reserved for FEMA residents.

My stay at this hotel was neither great or terrible...just ok. I was a little disappointed when I arrived at the hotel and discovered the entrances to the rooms were on the outside, not an inner corridor. From the pictures on the web, it looked like the room entrances were inside. The hotel is rather old, but clean. Also, I felt the room (with 2 double beds) was small...very little extra room to move around comfortably.

It was a decent room at a very reasonable rate. We had the AC on the whole time and it seemed to struggle a bit to keep the entire room cool at the hottest parts of the days. That being said, it was August in Dallas, TX. The pool was a lot smaller than anticipated but the overall stay was convenient to the highway and comfortable with reasonable access to most things Dallas had to offer.

air conditioner did not work - it was 100+ outside and the air conditionr was only blowing hot air. Phoned the front desk and they were no help. Also ants on the floor and in the bathroom.

Only negative was crowded parking area

We only slept there and were busy during the day, but the room was clean, cool and comfortable. We would stay again

The hotel was conveniently located, places to eat were close by, room/bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly, had a small problem with the phone, they fixed it withing 24 hours.

Other than the clerk not being able to tell me where any liquor stores were, it was great. They took less than 2 minutes for them to bring me some more towels. I would definately stay there again.

The hotel was a very OLD and run down hotel. However, the rooms were moderately clean. The price was kinda high for the condition of the hotel. But it was a race weekend in Dallas so even having a place to shower and sleep was great. Overall okay stay but will find another hotel next time.

Overall the room was clean and orderly. Hotel staff was very helpful with giving dirctions to event. Only problem was the toilet ran all night. After two attempts to ask to be repaired we just stuffed a towel under the bathroom door to muffle the noise.

During our stay the ice machines (all of them) were out of order. There was ice in the lobby in the form of 1 8 pound bag for the entire hotel wich was booked at 90% capacity. The AC in the room blew air warmer than the ambient temp out side. Over all the poor counter atendent was the only bright spot,

Parking was not the greatest. My room was closer to the lobby, the front of the hotel. Only parking available was at the back of the hotel. Very inconvenient when traveling with young children.

It wasn't a bad hotel...although i had a non smoking room and it smelled like old smoke was a little annoying. The front desk people were very polite and helped when ever they could but their housekeeping staff left little to be desired..they were rude and not customer friendly at all. No reason why I should have been harrassed 4x in an hour about cleaning my room when it was only 11am.. I'll stay again because its in a good location and inexpensive
