I like my privacy and I don’t like having folks cleanup after me so I always hang the "do not disturb" sign on my door. One day after training there was a basket of clean towels at my door. I appreciate that I was able to get fresh towels even if I didn’t want the cleaning staff in my room. ALL of your employs were very friendly and always had a greeting or farewell for me. but the absolutely best part of my stay was the chocolate chip cookies. Your folks knew how much I liked my cookies that one evening I my class was running late and I didn’t get home until late...i knew, in the very pit of my soul, that the cookies were all gone. When I walked into the lobby the lady (whose name I don’t recall, unfortunately) handed me a napkin with 2 chocolate chip cookies in it. I love chocolate chip cookies more than I love air.

The people where very nice. Helpful -- The room was clean and the over all hotel was clean. Just what we needed to have a good weekend. The location was great. It made it very easy to get back and forth to the base. The rate where very reasonable. I would stay again.

Very quiet and comfortable. Staff very accommodating. Had many deliveries there and they kept them safe. Close to Fort Leonard Wood.

We stayed here one night while moving across the country and the service at the front desk was excellent. The rooms were comfortable but I thought they could have been cleaned better. Everything worked in the room. Breakfast wasn't extraordinary but it's fine for someone who doesn't like a big first meal.

When we first got to our hotel everything was unplugged in the room except our refridgerator. The lights didnt work by the beds at all even after being plugged in. The floors are filthy, there is a hole in the bathroom wall by the toilet, the Air conditioner was off and it was extremely hot in our room when we got here. The "continental breakfast" is […] a joke. All they have are mini bagels, cereal, and mini muffins. I booked this place because it has continental breakfast. I stayed at another Days Inn the night before and they had a big spread of breakfast that was delicious. This place is a huge joke. The swimming pool was empty when we got here, I watched them fill it for 2 days from a regular hose and they did NOT put chlorine in it. Thats GROSS! I stayed here for 5 nights, we moved up here since we are getting restationed at Ft.Leonard Wood, and we need to stay a few more nights at a hotel. I definately booked a different hotel. I would never stay here again. The only decent thing here was the bar behind the hotel. Read more

I refused to take a shower as there was what i could only describe as a black sibstance growing in the bathroom. I stayed awake half of the night afraid that it was going to come get me like a bad episode of the x files.

I got a non-smoking room and was surprised that it had no smoke smell at all. The room was clean and tidy and the staff friendly and efficient. The hotel is located on the west side of Ft Leonard Wood straight down I-44. I would recommend this hotel and would stay at it again.

It would have been nice to know that this hotel is a walk-up. We are senior people and with breathing condition. It would have been apprecaited to have had a room on the main level. But I was told as I had b ooked a king size bed nothing was available on the main level. Also this hotel is is need of a major renovation. It is very old.
