the room had an odd smell, otherwise perfect for an airport hotel.

I've stayed at many and this is pretty much as good as it gets. Close, quiet and comfortable. A little pricey but not too bad. Note I did not try any food or the gym so just the basics. One disappointment was WiFi only in the lobby- otherwise nice hotel connected to Terminal 3 by a short walkway.

First, the king size bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. The bar and lounge are comfortable, with good food and lots of TV's the bar tender was happy to put on several different sports channels upon request. The hotel is smoke free but they have an exit out the lobby to the parking area with well maintained ashtrays. the location of this hotel could not be more convenient: if you leave from Termincal 3, you just walk cross the street and there you are! I abosolutely loved it! Hotel was clean and comfy. Did not hear any noise from airport in our room. Very nice if you have an early flight. Go online and book for cheapest rate. As far as the airport is concerned look out. Very slow and terrible customer service. We arrived 1 hour and 45 min early and had to run to our flight to catch it on time. The ideal location if you are flying in or out. You can walk to the terminals but also the food courts in the evening. Meals and drinks are expensice as you'd expect but the hotel room was reasonable price.

This is certainly not a "destination" site, but it works very well as a way to exit customs at Person and be in your room in minutes with only a short walk and no vehicle travel required. The hotel is fine. Although it is in Terminal 3, there is quite a bit of faffing about required to get there from Terminal 1 and I did not find it any faster than staying at the Hilton that is just across the street from the airport. The staff was not particularly friendly. The room service was stupidly expensive and so was the internet. The problems I had was the length of check in time and smell of 1st room. There was only 3 people at check in, and 1 was dedicated to Airline personel and the other was on the phone for like 5 minutes. It took almost 15 minutes to get a room. Very nice and very convenient. My flight arrived well after midnight and the outside temperature was about 12°F, so it was nice to be able to walk from my arrival gate into the hotel without going outside. My room and bathroom were large and very up-to-date. The bed was very plush with lots of pillows... which I like. Top of the line.

The location worked very well for us, the hotel was clean and well maintained, and the room very comfortable. The only negatives to report are that, on check in, we weren't told that only rooms on 6th floor and above have a mini-bar. We learned this only after asking (on day 2) why our mini bar was completely empty. Odd, because I specifically asked […] for a minibar when we arrived. Our room keys stopped working 2 out of the 3 days of our stay (it's annoying at the end of a long day to have to repeatedly go back down to the desk to get new keys). The rooms are ok. The greatest thing is that you do not need to leave the airport if you have a very early morning flight. However, it is dissapointing that a Sheraton Hotel, 4 star hotel, does not include internet service. They are charging $14++ for the first hour of internet service.

I returned my rental car right at the airport & walked from the return area to the hotel (via several people movers & one tram ride). The location of the hotel in the airport was very convenient. We were there just a few hours overnight before our next trip home so if you are looking for something close to the airport, it can't be beat. The rooms are small and it's an older hotel but it was clean. The hotel lounge was nice and the food was pretty good.
