When they saw that my Mother was tired and needed a great deal of assistance, they moved heaven and earth to find adjoining rooms for us and even found a wheelchair for us to us while we were there. We always stay at the Movenpick while travelling to Europe. It is usually as a starting point with a late arrival or the location we stay at while getting ready to depart. The rooms are extremely quiet and the food is good and the service is good. The rooms are starting to feel worn. The bathroom fixtures were rusted and it was hard to turn the on and […] off valve. You pay for any extras,,,ie parking, internet and also don't plan on any shampoo, soap ect. High quality, well kept facility near the airport. Front desk staff friendly, but did not provide information on breakfast and transportation. Early bird breakfast is included in room rate, but it is from 4am-6am. Airport shuttle is 8 euros per person. Wash cloths included (unusual outside US)!

I was so shocked at having to pay for an overpriced breakfast and the shuttle for the ride to the airport. There are much better paces to stay at a better rate. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, is ordinary, and overpriced. I will not use Movenpick again.

A lovely hotel located approximately 4KM away from Munich airport. There is a bus stop right infront of the hotel and it takes 10mins to get to train station from hotel by bus. Travelling time to city centre is 30mins by train. Staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival and room was ready at 12.30pm so we could check in. Clean room, comfortable […] beds and quiet location. Room safe did not work but this was not a deal breaker for us. The only thing I would recommend is to provide hotel guests with credentials for free wifi, something that guests should not need to pay for while staying there. Location is great, only 10 mins bus ride to the airport. Room is big and very clean. Shuttle to bus takes $8 per person, but you can take bus then train to MUC airport. Cost only 1.20 Euro and the bus stop is in front of the hotel.

Perfectly located near airport with regular shuttle service. However, you have to pay 8 euro/ea for the privilege. Nice food. Overall, a very comfortable stay and convenient to the airport as I had anticipated. However, the room walls were incredibly thin and our sleep was quite disturbed with noise in the hallway, stairwell, and from the room above us - these noise disturbances did not lend to a comfortable sleep. After made a reservation and paid for the shuttle to the airport the driver refused to allow me to ride because he said the van was full; it wasn't. There was a bit of a delay in getting into my room but this had more to do with the early morning arrival of my flight and the fact that check-in is officially at 2 pm than any fault of the the hotel. We took the Moevenpick because it was really cheap, close to the airport and looked nice on pictures and revieuws. We didn't need anything to fancy because we just stayed one night. This was by far the best hotel we stay in our month long vacation in Europe. Hotel staff was great, rooms clean, food was good. The location for us was far. We went for Oktoberfest and we had to take buses and trains just to get to the city center. Hotel is near airport and would be great if flying in and out.

Our only negative comment would be that the room was very warm and the cool air didn't seem to be working.
