I WAS NOT COMFORTABLE AT THIS HOTEL. THE COST WAS LOW HOWEVER, SOMETIME CHEAP ISN'T ALWAYS GOOD QUALITY.

My husband and I stayed one night at this Days Inn to go watch an event that was in town. It was very clean, the staffawas exceptionally nice and the bed was comfy. It was a steal at the price we paid. I would stay there for a week if I could. We also took our dog with no problem. We were very pleased!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean with plenty of towels. Beds were not very comfortable. An excellent value for a Myrtle Beach motel. Close to plenty of good returants and shopping. I would stay there again.

Rooms were clean, however the elevator at the front of the building was inoperable. The ice machines were located on the 1st and 5th floors, and were sporadic. For what I needed it for it was fine.

Only the outside has been remodeled in order for false advertisement. The inside needs remodeling. Looks like it is from the mid 60's or 70's. It is unacceptable for a Days Inn. I was VERY disappointed. Days Inn went way down in our eyes.

This hotels needs a major major upgrade. The water pressure in the hotel needs to be turned up. The toilet in the rooms needs to be replace. The rooms smelled sour. Wouldnt stay here again.

I didn't like the smell of the room, it smelled as if it had rained in the hotel. I've never stayed at a hotel which required the guest to turn in used towels to receive fresh ones. There was no iron in the room, but we used two from the front desk which both of the iron strained our cloths. The price was very good considering the time of year. The beds were very hard. The room was large enough to accomadate two adults comfortably. It gets a little crowded if you add children, easepially older ones. The bathroom was large enough to make me feel comfortable, and I'm a big man. It had a curved out shower rod to give you more room in the shower. […] The chairs need to be larger, or get chairs with no arms on them. Their wifi gave me an excellent connection to the Internet. Although I didn't use it, the pool area looked clean and kept up (view from my window). The staff was very friendly, professional, and accomadating. The parking lot was big enough to accomadate all the vehicles, and then some. They don't serve a complimentary breakfast because the run a small restuarant inside, which I never used. Their lobby had a TV in it. All and all, it was a very good experience, and I plan to use it for future visits to Myrtle Beach. Read more

I will list the problems there were so many: We could not use the bathroom sink because the pop up drainer was broke. We reported it the first day and when we left no one had come to look at it. The entrance door to the room would not open unless you used your shoulder and really put something behind it to open. It was even harder to get out of the […] room. We could not use the main lamp in the room because the wire was so bad it was blinking on and off. the maids came in to clean the room, spent just over five minutes and left us with no towels or coffee. We had to go to the front desk and beg for those. We were five minutes from the airport and the arriving planes blocked out the noise from our air conditioner. There was standing disgusting water in the bottom of the elevator shaft which was clearly visible. I have stayed at many Days Inn's before and they have been very reasonable for their quality. The Days Inn on Waccamaw Blvd. honestly should not be open to the public without a complete overall. The Hotel.Com add says it was completely refurbished. What that meant was that it was totally painted over, the walls and a lot of other areas that should not have paint on them. It is not Hotel.Coms fault but I would suggest a visit to these hotels before putting them on your list. I have traveled for forty years and this was absolutely the worst experience in all those years, unless you don't mind brushing your teeth in the bathtub. Read more

Nasty, stinking; had to buy house hold spray to get rid of the Ron smell. Requested a nonsmoking room and found cigarettes in the room. No microwave or refrigerator to store drinks or water. The pictures that where displayed on the internet was false compared to the actual hotel.The hotel stated that they provide a complementary breakfast but they told us we had to pay for it. While we stayed at the hotel, it was just what we needed. It wasn't too far away from the beach or Broadway on the Beach, where we spent most of our time while we were there. We didn't really stay at the hotel too long; literally just used it as somewhere to sleep and shower. While we were at the hotel though, everything was very nice.

The odor in the hotel was horrible, it had a strong mildew smell and the rooms wasn't that great either. Beware you have to pay extra fee or shall I say a deposit of 100.00 for anyone under 25 and 50.00 for people over the age of 25 something they don't tell you once you book that will be additional to the purchase of the room. The mattresses was very dirty and there was a roach crawling on the door...where there is one roach seen, there are many more not seen, so that had be very nervous they may get into my luggage. This was the worst hotel experience I've had. Looked great from the outside; the took great care of the outside. The room and hall ways smelled bad. It looked very run down.
