It was just ok. I think they charge way too much to stay there. We booked a hotel room with double beds with them knowing we have four kids. Usually not a problem, but the beds were full size and not queen size. The room was very cramped for the price. There was snow and ice all over the parking lot. No salt put down or any plowing down the whole time […] we were there. The biggest problem with this is: There is a steep hill at the entrance for the hotel. Needless to say, it was a challenge to enter and drive around a hotel the charges a premium price with no parking lot maintenance and full size beds instead of Queen size. Read more

Overall. this is an easy place to find and convenient to both Downtown Indianapolis to Columbus ( one of our destinations during our two-day stay ) and to Brown County, one of Indiana's prime tourist attractions. My husband, 2-year old, and myself visited Indianapolis for a small family vacation. We visited the zoo, children's museum, the fun park just south in greenwood, and the canal district. We rode a surrey around in the canal district from Wheel Fun Bikes. The main attractions were only a short drive away from the hotel. The downtown hotels were more expensive […] because of parking is outrageous!! This hotel has FREE PARKING and free breakfast! Can't beat that! We were very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the hotel staff. Some major perks: 24 hour hot drink station at front desk, hot breakfast was fantastic, cleanliness was top notch, and free parking! I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area. It was great. My only concern was the carpet needed cleaning in our room. My children had black feet if they went barefoot. Just a little unsettling. My only problem came in the form of several young children in the room next to me. There was no adult supervisioin, and I finally had to call the desk at 1:30 am to have something done about it. The problem was handled quickly. I understand this happens from time to time and I happened to be the unlucky one that it happened to this time.

The staff of this Hampton went over and above to make our stay enjoyable. We had booked 2 rooms and when we checked in, they were not on the same floor. I asked the night clerk if there was a chance to locate these closer together and she did. Thanks for a great experience.

We had a very nice stay at the Hampton Inn near Greenwood. A friend recommended this hotel and we were not disappointed. Our rooms were very comfortable. The wooden armoire/desk area added to the cozy feel of the room. The beds were uncomfortable. The rooms were clean. The elevator smelled really bad. The staff were pleasant and very helpful in sorting out a personal matter. The neighborhood location was quiet given it was right off the highway.

Me and my wife had 2 days of time away from the ratrace of life and spent it in Indianapolis. The hotel was fine other that being stuck in a room next a maintenence or laundry room. We also had a handicap room which was o.k. other than the shower/bath.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was all very nice and helpful. Located in the middle of everything you would need in Indianapolis. Can walk to restaurants. Watch the steep driveway coming in though. And breakfast ends at 10:00 not a minute later.

We stayed here overnight while picking up our new puppy from breeder in WHITELAND. Was excited that a cheeseburger in paradise was across st. however we checked in on a sat night and all area eatterys were packed. Checkin easy, room clean not what we expected but that was my fault for not verifying first. This suite is just a room with king bed and […] sofabed...no separate room. We had a good stay there. Problems with original room, door lock not working, a/c not working. Desk staff jumped through hoops to rapidly get us transferred to another room. Friends who arrived later asked and were given a room close to ours. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Good early hot breakfast.

Very good experience (unlike my work colleagues who stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites). The only negatives in the experience was that there were that there was not enough "healthy" food for breakfast and one night a fellow was allowed to sleep in the lobby and was stretched out on the couches... not pleasant!!!!
