This was a very good, cost effective and convenient hotel to stay in, so much so that I booked two additional rooms for other members of my family, it was also located relatively close to a reunion that we were all going to.We were all very happy with our stay at this hotel and would reccomend it with confidence to anyone.

hotel wasvery nice. however, hotels.com created a problem in this booking as they notified the hotel that only three guest were coming instead of 5! when we arrived at midnight u can only imagine how unhappy we were to discover this problem.

Location.
Situated in Mexico City, Marquis Reforma Hotel Spa is in the business district and close to Monumento a los Heroes de la Independencia, Castillo de Chapultepec, and Monumento a los Ninos Heroes. Also nearby are U.S. Embassy and Chapultepec Park.
Hotel Features.
Marquis Reforma Hotel Spa has a full-service spa, an indoor pool, and a spa tub. Public areas are equipped with wireless Internet access (surcharges apply). A very nice hotel, with excellent service. all of the staff were very curtious, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again on travel to Mexico City.

We were very pleased with our stay -the rooms are clean and well appointed, the bathrooms are pretty, and the service is excellent. If we had any complaint, it was that the restaurant staff are almost too attentive--they "hover" a bit too much, making it hard to have an uninterrupted conversation. The hotel is very obliging in arranging tours, restaurant […] reservations, etc - but make sure to ask for a tour guide who knows his/her subject. Ours (to Teotihuacan) was nice, but a mediocre guide. However, the location is great, the price is right - i'd say good value for money and I would stay there again. Read more

"Marquis Reforma, Tired if Polished '80s Icon"
In another few years it'll be a heritage hotel with its 80s version of the 70' deco revival: all that contrasting stone, and brass. But right now its a scrubbed-up but faded giant with service and staff that have a decided aura of making do. Exceptions are the laundry which is extremely quick (but very expensive), and the concierge who is attentive […] and helpful (if quick to direct to obvious tourist traps). If you can afford it The Four Seasons is across the street else, a five minute cab away, go to the JW, W, Intercon, even the NIkko.... Read more

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The personnel were fluent in English and did their upmost to meet our travelling needs. Disappointing that wifi wasn[…] they made us pay for the bread basket. Read more
"Concierge services were amazing"
The Marquis Reforma is in a great location, close to Chapultepek Park and with a stop right across the street for the Turibus (the jump on and jump off service that visits many of the diverse neighborhoods. As a solo female traveler, I relied a lot on the concierges and they never steered me wrong. I highly recommend the hotel.

This is a older hotel but nice. The hotel staff was very helpful and clearly placed great emphasis on service. I am a business traveler who visits many countries and has limited language skills. The hotel staff was very helpful. The on site restaurants were also very good.

Estuve con mi s 3 hijos súper bien atendida, los desayunos muy buenos al igual que el resto del hotel, como así también la cena navideña organizada para el 24 de diciembre. esta como a 5 cuadras del shoping de la reforma , y a poco tiempo en taxi de Polanco. El barrio muy seguro. Lo mejor del hotel, el personal .

Muy buen valor por tu dinero, el hotel es muy competitivo, tiene excelente servicio y muy buena ubicación en Paseo de la Reforma, también cerca de la zona de Polanco
"hotel marquis con instalaciones excelentes"
además del servicio del hotel, las instalaciones del spa son excelentes, disfrutamos mucho quedarnos ahi. Lo único que desmerece es el restoran los canarios, cuyo servicio es mediano y cargan extra por el cubierto, como si fuera restoran de gran calidad, no lo es.
El hotel está muy bonito, el personal atento y amable, estuvimos muy agusto. GRACIAS
