Clean room and good location. Requested a pull-out bed because we had a last minute addition to our trip and it was brought to our room immediately. The breakfast was basic but their was plenty of it and we had no trouble finding a seat to eat it at. Just stayed one night, hotel was clean, smelled nice, was overall what you would expect from a Comfort Inn. The blankets on the bed were a little rough, and not what I expected, but the Hotel is pet friendly, so I imagine they have lower grade comforters and blankets because of the dogs that come in and out of the hotel. We paid for 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each and wanted them to be joining. And when we got there we got 1 room with 1 king bed and and 1 room with 2 queen beds no joining at all and we had 8 people with us. Steve, the afternoon guy was really nice and got us more bedding and 2 rollaways and said he was sorry. He said to talk to John in the morning. […] We were told that they couldn't switch anything because they were all booked. We would've went elswhere but all Hotels were booked this weekend in the area. At the time of reservation on 2/8/13 we asked specifically for this and asked if hot tub was working. We were told that it was and that the rooms would join and have 2 queens in each. Also the hot tub wasn't working because it wasn't handicap accessible according to some ADA rules. We spoke to John, the asst manger in the morning and he did nothing for us about the rooms. He even said Steve didn't know much and continued to talk to us with a bad attitude! Our stay was terriable, not only did they mess up our room "BIG TIME", the hot tub wasnt working, dogs barking across the hall, no staff other then the night guy Steve, which was wonderful. but the Manager John was a total jerk, he had a real additude, wouldnt work with us at all, will NEVER stay there again.

The location of this hotel was one of the reasons we choose it. We only spent one night so didn't stay around the hotel enough to meet any staff besides the desk clerk when we checked in.

Many hotels accept pets but have a size limit. This hotel didn't have a size limit and that was great because we have a yellow lab and she is like a member of our family and goes most places with us. It was a clean room and very comfortable beds. I would definately stay there again!

The room was spacious and clean. The price was right. Location was excellent for what I needed. Close to restaurants and shopping (within walking distance). Was looking forward to spending time in the Jacuzzi at the end of the day, however, it was not working.

It was OK. Have stayed in much better Comfort Inn's. The pool water was very cold and the Chlorine was so bad it burned your eyes when you walked into pool area. The staff was friendly but did have to wait at desk for about 5 minutes before someone helped us. Room was nice, in general but mold was on the bottom of shower curtain.

The price of the hotel was reasonable but in the old saying you get what you pay for, this is one where it falls true. The rooms weren't thoroughly cleaned there was dirt in the corners of the bathroom, the shower curtain had dirt on it, there was splashes on the walls from previous times and the carpet wasn't well vacuumed. This Comfort Inn is my regular stop when traveling to Minnesota and just off exit 4 of Interstate 90 in Wisconsin. It's near a market and restaurant, and it is easy to find. Plus, the breakfast fare, while basic, is to my liking.

My mother (who is 90 years old) and I stayed for one night. We had difficulty finding the hotel as the signage was not clear from the freeway. We went way out of our way and then stopped and asked for directions. When we arrived we discovered there was no elevator and my mother had a very difficult time going up the stairs to our room. We were under the impression that the complimentary breakfast lasted until 10:00 AM but it was done at 09:00 and again no one made an effort to assist us. Had a leak in our bathroom from the heating lamp that showed up @ 11:30 pm, daughter sleeping so wasn't going to have anyone disturb her. Wiped it up, went to bed. In the morning walked in lots of water on bathroom floor. Put wastebasket under leak, wiped up again and went to front desk and they basically said no one on staff to look at. This hotel is okay for a one night stay but not for three nights like we did. The rooms were okay but nothing special. The sheets did not stay on the mattress. When you sat on the mattress, they pulled up and every morning the sheets were pulled away. I assume the mattress was old because there was really no support in it. The room did have an odor […] but we could not tell if it was from cleaning supplies used or what. After running the air-conditioning it seemed to be better. One of our main concerns was that the doors did not close tightly. After exiting the door, you had to pull it shut. When we came back after being gone most of the day, we found that the door wasn't closed tightly. The cleaning staff did not pull it shut when they were finished....so our room was open all day long. The breakfast was very simple but not a large variety...again okay but nothing special. One last thing, because we booked this thru hotels.com and paid prior to arrival, we were not given a receipt at check-out showing a "zero" balance. All other hotels we have stayed in have always given us a receipt showing no additional charges. They told us we just had to trust they would not charge us for anything. Read more
