my friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable for three of us, each in our own bed with the addition of a rollaway. The breakfast room is clean, and carries most hotel breakfast food items. The front desk directed us to the hub of downtown Mount dora which was in close proximity to the hotel.

Room was reasonably comfortable but carpet was stained and dusty in places. The free breakfast was a disappointment. There were several choices but limited fruit and no yogurt. Quality of the food left a lot to be desired.

This was my second time staying here. The rooms are clean with flat screen TVs. The lake and gazebo on the property are very nice. I come down each year for a cycling event and this is a perfect location. Breakfast is also good.

For the price, it was everything I was expecting. The room was clean, the staff was nice and I enjoyed the coffee bar in the lobby. My only complaint is the pillows. They were half the length of a normal pillow. It was like sleeping on chicklettes.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice, polite, and helpful. I had booked the room for one person, and at the last minute my family traveled with me. We needed a room with double beds. At first it seemed an impossible task to switch to a different room, but in the end the staff was able to accomodate us. The rooms are small. For […] the three of us, it was a close fit. However, for our purposes it was perfect and fit our budget. The view was great as the hotel is on a lake. There are gazebos, so one can walk down to the lake, sit and relax. The air conditioner is loud, but not enough to keep you from getting a good night's sleep. Great place to stay. Love the private back porch. Would have given all 5's, however the entrance/exit of the hotel is in a bit of a dip that is not easy to exit during busy traffic times. But overall, great place to stay.

other than some cobwebs on the ceiling it was clean, one of the bedspreads was a bit worn, but overall the room was comfortable. liked the amenities in room, breakfast was ok, staff helpful & polite. variety of restaurants very close. stayed 3 nights, 2 people in a double room - no issues.

This was my second stay, and I'll be back again. Everything you need in a room. The people were great. We come up to visit the Musician's Flea Market, and it is in a great location for dining out and any shopping you might need.

Front desk clerk very pleasant. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Had to buy Febreeze to make it livable. Returned extra blankets to front desk for exchange due to smell. My husband and I have stayed at this hotel twice now and are very pleased with it. It's an inexpensive option compared to the hampton inn, and it provides a good breakfast and a clean pool. This hotel was clean, modernized and well kept, with two gazebos right on the lake. The microwave and fridge were highly appreciated, and having an iron and hair dryer were great conveniences.
