    My stay at Days Inn in Fort Payne, AL, was much better than I anticipated. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was adequate with sweet rolls, grits, oatmeal, fresh fruit, and great coffee. The price of the room made it an overall great value.

    The room could have been cleaner, especially the bath tub. There's a large crack under the door, glad it wasn't winter. All things considered, we had a good stay. The breakfast was good too. Would stay ther again.

    I was happy with my room, appearance, cleanliness, everything. I didn't require a lot of cleaning because I wasn't in the room a lot so I didn't ask for extra service. I like where the Days Inn is located and it is a nice, clean place to stay. I would definitely stay there again and probably will stay there again in June of 2013.

    We were well satisfied with this hotel, especially for the price. The king size bed was super comfortable and the front office staff was very friendly. My only complaint would be the so-called continental breakfast. It consisted of very few items and there was no waffle iron, etc. There was cereal and toast but little else other than a few pastries. […] However, there were several restaurants within walking distance or short drive that offered breakfast at very reasonable prices.     We stayed two nights and moved to another motel for our third night's stay at wifes insistence. Bed was comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. We moved to another motel my wife's allergies were aggravated by the mold in the bathroom. There was a big gap between the door and the floor as you enter the room,and with temperatures in the teens […] ,a very cold draft was felt. People were nice and helpful but I can only give this motel a 3 at best due to the drafty room and cleanliness issues(mold). I did not complain to management as I don't usually complain about issues - I just don't stay there again. I chose this motel because of problems at another motel in the area I encountered on a previous stay. The ratings for motels in this area were not helpful as the motels were rated excellent or terrible in nearly equal numbers. Read more

    They only had my reservation for one night when I reserved for two nights and had a higher rate for the second night. Luckily I had my confirmation paperwork but even then it was a bit of a struggle.
