"One night Stay"
We stayed only one night. The stay was great. Next time I will bring water as water in the lobby cost $2 each small bottle.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good for the price"
The Wi-fi sucks. It is very very slow. Front desk knows about it, but the hotel doesn't fix it to enhance its capabilities. Not good if you need to work remote while on business. Since internet connection is a crucial part of my business needs, I will not be returning to this hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to everything and smelled great"
What a great hotel! Right around the corner from everything.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Minutes away from wine central.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Stayed overnight for our trip to Napa. Hotel was clean and the service was good. The room was very spacious as well.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location to everything"
We had a awesome trip, the hotel was in a perfect location. Rooms were great, nice outside patio to sit in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine, breakfast in the morning. The staff was amazing, friendly and always there to help. I would return to this hotel again.Genuine Expedia guest review
The hotel is fine, pricey for what you get, but the people are hie and it is very clean. Centrally locatedGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Just an overnight stay."
Nice clean very modern room. Nice quiet a/c. One of the first things I notice. Obviously saving on electricity with very poor lighting. Very inconvenient elevator. Located in center but too bad if you're on the end. Otherwise quite pleased overall.Genuine Expedia guest review
"good hotel in the Napa area"
We stayed at this hotel last year and we thought it was a nice hotel. It is located in a convenient spot just off 29 and easy to drive into the town of Napa as well as the wineries. That is also a problem with road noise at night. The other couple who traveled with us had to change rooms because of the noise. The rooms are nice and spacious but the […] carpeting/floor is very dirty. We had dirt marks from our feet when we stepped into the shower. Our room was cleaned every day but one when it was only half cleaned. I don't know if the maid got called away and forgot to finish or what happened. The breakfast is a nice way to start the day and is always hot and replenished. We like the outside patio too which is a nice spot to sit at night with some snacks and drinks. "Highly Practical Hotel for a Wine Trip in Napa"
The Best Western Premier Ivy Hotel Napa Valley is a highly practical location for a trip to Napa. Right in between all of the good wineries and downtown Napa. If you are looking to spend a middle range amount it is a good bet. In this location's specific case, do not be turned off by the brand of the hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Room is clean and spacious. Hotel is right in the highway where you can hear all the cars driving by and no sound proof windows. Restaurant is awful breakfast is very bad and you have to take your dishes out of the table. The hotel is not rated like it should be and extremely expensive for what they offer. Would not stay there again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Some time in Wine Country"
Picked this hotel because of close proximity to Napa wineries. The hotel overall was excellent. The only comment I would make is there were a lot of lamps/lights in the room but overall the lighting was poor.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Only complaint was a strange noise (fridge compressor?) all night. Otherwise, nice property.Genuine Expedia guest review
The hotel was exactly what we expected based on the reviews:clean, friendly, comfortable and was worth the money.Bottom line i would recommend it for viewing the wine country in style.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good Experience Overall"
Stayed for one night. The hotel overall is very pleasant and feels equal to a Courtyard Marriott. The best features were the quick and friendly service, the upgraded feel of the decor and facilities. The issues that weren't a big deal for us, but could be for others were the running toilet and door that didn't securely close on it's own with help from […] us. We reported both issues upon checkout. The location was great for proximity to downtown and wine tasting. Like others have said, the bed was just ridiculously hard and would keep me from returning. If this wasn't an issue, I would pick this property over many options in this class. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Should have kept looking"
Celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary. Tried to find a bed and breakfast but all were full. Paid about the same if not more for this room and felt it could have offered more for what we paid. Room was not dirty but not quite as nice as it could have been, tub was yellow and had rust spots, shower walls and curtain had mold. Bed was very uncomfortable […] and so crooked we could not fix it. Windows were hard to open. TV fluctuated in sound. Hotel is an older one but the staff is very nice. Breakfast was good. Hotel was adequate as we spent very little time there. Good location for touring wine country. Hotel room needs better lighting in bathroom sink area. Breakfast was plentiful and adequate. Beds were comfortableGenuine Expedia guest review
Love the area of Napa and really enjoyed the wine tours.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It was okay given the price, however, one room didn't have a properly working refrigerator. The other room had AC problems.Genuine Expedia guest review
There was a real problem with the internet. They kept saying it was fixed, but it wasnt.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Suprised. In a good way!"
After reading some of the reviews online we weren't expecting much. However the condition and cleanliness of the hotel was up to par. All hotels are pricy this time of year in Napa. We got there at 130 and weren't able to check in yet which was disappointing. When we checked out (430 am) the guy at the front desk was sleeping. Pretty funny. If stay […] again if the price was right (meaning lower than most). Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Bargin for Napa"
Good location but old, noisy AC system, useless hair dryer and no lighting for doing makeup. Bed was OK and room was clean.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A glitch in the room."
Although next to the busy road, the location of the hotel is great. The rooms were clean and upgraded. Our only problem was the air conditioning did not work. But, when we called to the front desk, the maintenance man came immediately. After an hour, the air still did not work. With another call to the front desk, we were moved to another room with […] no questions asked. The attendant even brought the new keycard to us. Although the new room cooled down and was comfortable, the thermostat showed a blinking light 'call for service'. The hotel may need general schedule service for the air conditioning. The breakfast was included, but it was terrible. I would rather pay a little less for the room and more for a decent meal. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Close enough to Napa for the price"
There were issues with the elevator while we were there.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It was impossible to sleep. Surrounding residential neighbors continued their loud party with music and karaoke singing on microphones past 3:30AM.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Napa and San Francisco"
Pleasant hotel with nice staff. Breakfast was not the best we ever had but adequate. Make sure your room is not on the first floor with the parking lot right outside your window. This was noisy in the morning Excellent access to the Valley and to do a day trip to San Francisco.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good price for the location."
Overall the room worked for its purpose. Spent the day wine touring in Napa, stayed the night and left the next morning. Don't plan on really lounging around. Although I noticed they do have wine out for guests. The hotel and rooms are open and clean looking. The staff was friendly. The A/C didn't really work the best, luckily it was cool at night. […] And, our bathroom sink was clogged. Other than that, if you want no frills and are just looking for a quick, short-term stay, this is the place. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Nothing "Premier" about this hotel"
The hotel was sub-standard compared to other similar hotels. The breakfast had no vegetarian options. Very small space in general. The rooms however were clean. Parking was not a problem. It is located in a convenient location. I paid close to $350 for one night and it was not worth that money.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Accommodations, location, and staff were excellent!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great value and location"
Considering the cost of staying in Napa Valley, this was a great value. Right off highway 29, with easy access to downtown Napa and the valley. Quiet area. Nice pool. 2 restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were beautiful, free breakfast was extensive, hot and tasty.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Hotel Close to Wineries."
We stayed here for a week and would choose to stay there again when we come back. Nice outdoor pool area, rooms were clean and comfortable with a microwave and fridge. Location is great if you are planning on visiting the wineries. We rented a car and it was perfect distance to everything we wanted to do.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Updated hotel in the perfect location"
This hotel is a great price for everything you need and it's really close to downtown Napa. On the highway, so it's not too far from anything. Loved our stay!!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great hotel, uncomfortable bed"
We enjoyed our stay, but we're very disappointed and uncomfortable sleeping on the bed. The bed and pillows were very firm and made noises ad you got in and out of bed. Our stay was great otherwise, just didn't get much sleep.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I hate to write this review, because I don't really want others to know about this property! We first heard about it via United Airlines travel services, and when I heard "Best Western" I turned up my nose. However, we looked into it and decided to give it a shot. We have now stayed here multiple times, and it's our go-to when we are in Napa (several […] times a year). The rooms are comfortable, clean and the perfect size. I find the beds to be very comfortable, as well, which is a rarity for me. We even stayed there through the big earthquake last weekend and had no issues - the power stayed on and despite having a fair amount of glass in the room, nothing broke. Employees are friendly and helpful and the location is very central, right off of 29. Not much in the immediate area, but it's a quick shot to both downtown Napa to the south and St. Helena/Calistoga to the north. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Quaint and clean , but the beds were old and hard"
Very plain but Lovely hotel, unfortunately staff was not very friendly. Housekeeping was sloppy. The rooms were newly decorated - very pretty!! However, beds were old, creaky and very hard- .we would most likely not stay there again for that reason.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Best Western Napa"
Very nice hotel. The only problem was the air conditioner - it had significant problems controlling the temperature which made for an uncomfortable night.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nicely updated hotel"
Good location convenient to all of the Napa activities. The rooms appeared to have been recently renovated and were in great shape. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and the pool area was nice, too. All in all - a good value!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Our Seismic Event"
We came to Napa for an 80th birthday Wine Train event. Wonderful experience up until 3:20 am, when California experienced yet another seismic event that registered 6.1 on the Richter scale. The hotel management were very quick with their response of safety concerns for it's patrons. What prompted my overall rating of neutral, was the fact that in lieu […] of everything that happened, the management were very reluctant to discount the stay due to loss of advertised amenities. The breakfast menu was limited at best with no hot food. The showers in the room only ran cold water due to the gas mains being shut down. When I asked for compensation, I was offered a mere 10% off the already expensive room rate. I understand the magnitude of the extraordinary seismic event, but really expected to be compensated a little better for our lack of amenities. But, in the end, this is the Napa Valley in full swing for the summer and what else would you expect... Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not sound proof"
The decor is very nice and the location is super convenient for a downtown Napa adventure. The included breakfast was pretty good. The experience was FAR from restful however. The walls are made of paper, I think. The noise of people walking on the second floor was very loud. I heard everyone who walked down the hallway as well. Flip flops flopping, […] ice buckets sloshing and all. And, I could hear the entire conversations of my neighbors, until 1am when they settled down. I complained to the staff, who could not offer me another room but requested their other guests be quiet. The problem was, they were talking in normal voices! It was as if we were in the same room. I will never stay here again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

We had a great time! The room was very clean and had a nice table area and desk. Very spacious! Nice spot for a day of touring because you can travel 10 minutes to downtown Napa or 15 minutes to Yountville!Genuine Expedia guest review
