We stay here every trip to Oaxaca (at least twice per year) due to friendliness of staff and the fact it is a little bit out of then city center (about... 20 minutes). Neighborhood is noisy at night. Lots of emergency vehicles, car noises, and dogs barking. Everyone at the hotel is friendly and helpful. The hotel could use some updates and is a bit overpriced due to that fact. Staff at restaurant are friendly, but we have found hair in the bread three times and it seems we always have stomach problems after eating there. This hotel is about 20 minutes of city center is why we stay there. Better than noise of city but still a lot is noise. Dogs barking and emergency vehicles. Staff are friendly and helpful. of all the hundreds of hotels that I have stayed in, this hotel is the worst. NEVER ever stay here. Rooms stink of dead animal, the service very bad, the water smelled like sewage. I can't believe Hotels.com even has them as an option. We had four rooms for one night and one was unusable because of the fowl odor.

We have stayed at this hotel at least twice per year for the past five years. During our recent trip to Mexico we stayed at this hotel twice. This will be the last! The first night of our return trip both rooms were horrible. One room air conditioning would not come on, but water dripped from it all night long . The other room the shower would not drain […] and water backed up around your feet. The next morning our request to change rooms was met by a rude front desk clerk who acted like it was an extreme inconvenience. We were told the only rooms available were in the basement of the back building (floors 4, 5, 6). The bell man took us to see the rooms. After the long walk to the basement it was musty and smelled as if it had been closed up for some time. The bell man was very friendly and worked with the front desk to get us a room on the 2nd floor. Still, one of our new rooms had a shower that would not drain and water backed up to your ankles. The third night there they turned up the music so loud in the bar and it stayed on until after 1:00 a.m. Needless to say, not much sleep that night. Summary - hotel needs maintenance, front desk staff very rude, bellmen were friendly and helpful. We will be finding a new hotel for our future stays in Oaxaca. Read more

Nos gusta mucho llegar a éste hotel porque es bonito y el precio accesible. Mi único comentario negativo son las toallas que no son muy blancas y eso da un poco de desconfianza. Ya lo había comentado en Diciembre. Gracias!!!! Todo lo demás muy bien incluyendo el desayuno!!

Hotel excentré au Nord de Oaxaca simple et accueillant.Cet hôtel de chaîne nous à étonné par la qualité de son accueil . Au nord du centre ville (environ 1.5 km) cet hôtel nous a offert la tranquillité dont nous avions besoin après notre longue route depuis Mexico. Le service de restauration était simple bons plats servis rapidement, d'autant plus que pour cette période creuse (novembre) nous étions les seuls clients.Nous émettons des réserves sur la rapidité du service si l'hôtel était plein. Si la piscine est votre seul motif pour réserver dans cet hôtel , passez votre chemin.
