The dining options are limited at the hotel so I went out in search of restaurants. The general atmosphere is pleasing, and the staff are pretty nice. Regarding details, three things are disappointing. First, both rooms we stayed had a strong paint smell. Second, the toilet seat looks old and not very clean. Third, dinner served from the kitchen is less good than any fast food I've tried and meanwhile overpriced.

This hotel is very convenient, clean, and comfortable. We would give it all 5's but for one problem. At 8:30 AM there was no hot water for our room. My wife and I had to take quick cold showers. That said we would return.

I found a pretzel on the carpet next to the chair by the window. So, I would recommend more vacuuming. Whenever we needed more supplies, they were given to us immediately. Breakfast included very pleasant. Everyone was very helpful with trying to make us feel comfortable. When we needed bars on the toilet, we were accommodated. I don't think the shower […] was for disabled, however and my mother found it difficult to get in and out of. I probably should've insisted on disabled access room. I was disappointed to find out I wouldn't get credit for points staying at the Marriott and get punished for booking through hotels.com. We were travelling with a 5 month old and I called the hotel ahead of time. They had a pack and play up and ready for us when we got there and even had a clean sheet and blanket for our baby already in there. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone.

From checkin to checkout, I really liked it, wished I'd been able to stay longer. Clean, neat, set up for customer comfort. Do not even think about those little creepy things in other hotels. This had awsome amenities I didn't stay long enough to enjoy. Go there, you will be treated with RESPECT!

My boyfriend and I had stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Newburgh for Black Friday weekend and it was amazing! We had decided to stay there because we were going to do most of our shopping at the Woodbury outlets (which is about 20 minutes away) and were very happy with the service and the location of the hotel. The staff were super friendly and always […] willing to help, and the hotel is conveniently down the street from a selection of restaurants and a Starbucks. Our room was very spacious and clean and we were very happy to have the market downstairs so we could buy deodorant, toothpaste and Tylenol (all items we had forgotten). All in all, if we are ever in the area again, we will most definitely pick the Courtyard Marriott Newburgh again. Oh and the wifi was great too! Read more
